with a better qb in jackson

That is exactly what I said in my earlier post.

Not only is Jackson better than Kap, their TEs are bigger than both Davis and Walker too. Have you heard of a guy called Nick Boyle? 6'4", 270 lbs!! Enough said.
Our dline will beat their oline and we will win. /thread

True, but it wasn't until opposing defenses figured out Kaep, and he had some health issues that he started looking very mortal. Jackson is still early in the curve.

lamar jackson is what i wanted kap to be. dude can throw from any arm angle and has touch. kap never evolved his game from just throwing fastballs.

gonna be a great game on sunday

Is simple physics. If is down to a bar fight scenario in the mud, their pure size and strength will without doubt out-physical the 9ers.

The 9ers are only physical on the defensive side of the ball. On the offensive side of the ball, we are essentially a finesse team that wins on clever schematics and speed. Our O-line will never be able to handle really physical dudes. Our O-line is primarily a zone blocking line, when it comes to pass protection we are pretty sh*t actually if I am being honest.

When did they play the Pats? A long time ago. Unless you have watched the games which I have, they have in fact improved substantially.

It is not about crowing them, but by the same token talking tough will get you nowhere neither. Put it this way, there is a reason why Vegas has come out with a 49ers +4.5 line.

Home teams get a +3 so that's not much of a line...

The thing about Greg romans offense is that it is simple. It's completely built around the run game and simple/quick reads. It isn't about tricking you at all but overpowering you.

So as long as we stop the run and are disciplined in the RPO - we have a really good chance. If we don't do that, it'll turn into a shootout with us trying to catch up

I think he meant overall defense. Not just Run D.

Lol. Some will only use the ones that only fits their narratives.

This isn't a "narrative". 3rd in Run D is a real thing when we find ourselves not being able to run on them. Watch the games, bro.

So I guess we're going to get an answer to the question behind this thread

https://www.49erswebzone.com/forum/niners/192906-harbaughs-2011-49ers-versus-shanahans-2019-49ershypotheticalwho-would

Except it's the 2013 Niners :)
