I have said it a million times, the 9ers' O-line is a zone blocking line as opposed to a pass protection line. In other words, while Seahawks' pass rush might not be all that according to the rankings, but when you put them up against the 9er' O-line that's a different story.

Based on your argument, stats are totally meaningless. I can't agree with that, stats illustrate tendency. There is a very good reason the 9ers' Passing D is legit, it is backed up by a lot of factors such as the number of sacks, QB hurries, passing yards/game, etc. Unless you want to argue otherwise.

So, all in all, by and large, you are still essentially what your record says you are.

So... We have the best record in the league but we are going to be blown out by a team with a worse record?

Well, the Pats also had the best record in the league, that was until they met the Ravens.

Dude, as the supposedly No.1 team in the NFC, we were still trailing behind the Cards with only 39 secs to go before the end of the game. So, you call that stopping Kyler Murray?? Really? LOL.

I am not a Lamar fan, but I call it based on what I see. Plus, you might not agree which is silly, many do see 9ers' D having problems with mobile QBs. So, when you combine those two things together, that presents a major challenge.

I am not predicting a major blowout per se, I believe we will score more than the Texans and Rams, probably around 20 points, but I think the Ravens should be able to score around 35.

People still look at qbr? Greenbays backup had like an 89 qbr and he threw 4 passes. We were down against az bc Jimmy threw 2 redzone picks, not because of Kyler.

As for problems with mobile QBs... I mean, compared to what we usually do to QBs yeah, but its not like we got demolished by wussle or Kyler. We aren't a perfect D but you are selling our defense short

But you said you are what your record is, not me. So by your logic, niners/pats are the 2 best teams in the league.

Are you serious? You sound like as if you didn't even watch the game.

The D didn't win the game for us, Jimmy G had to win that game for us or have you forgotten? Remember the D didn't show up and we couldn't run the ball neither?? You don't have amnesia right? Oh my goodness, before I could even go to the washroom, we were already down 16.

That game was all Jimmy G and media finally gave him the props he deserved.

I hope I just helped you to remember about what happened in that game.

Your record is attributed by a lot of other numbers. And while a lot of numbers are favourable to the 9ers, what isn't favourable to the 9ers is its Run D. So, in the context of this game against the Ravens, it will be very tough. Plus, if you want to talk about rankings, some even has the Ravens above the 9ers now. Is just a bad match-up.

Right, I'm not the one who said you are what your record is. I understand context, as I gave some running context examples earlier you didn't respond to. So, we will just see Sunday!

It doesn't matter whether he had to "redeem" himself or not, the dude got the job done at the end of the day and got a W, period!!

AND, let's be clear here, our D couldn't and didn't stop Kyler Murray.

Lol they scored 10 second half points, some of which on Jimmy's bad int. Offense had like 5 yards in the first quarter. The cards got into scoring position passing, not running, early.

Weird, Kyler had the ball and a 3 point lead with about 3 mins left. How'd we get the ball back? How'd we hold them to 10 points for basically the final 3 quarters?

He also forgot that we just completely shutdown a future HOF QB and a top 5 playoff team in the NFL. Yet, we're still getting blowout by LJ and his Ravens because they blew out the 3rd best team in our division. Lol. Grow some marbles and have some faith in our team. Niners are 10-1 for a reason.
