Who would you suggest do it then, Beathard?

Personally, I think Thl and Jd do a better job. Specially when I don't want to pay the Athletic for their content.
Lol they do a hell of a job...the athletic is pretty good as well

James isn't mimicking all aspects of Lamar Jackson, but he can certainly mimic the mobility and the make you miss moves of Jackson that separate him from guys like Kaep that is fast but not elusive.
I think the offense will have to try to keep the ball with TOP in the 3rd and 4th qtr, so the defense won't be gassed chasing Lamar

I don't think anyone is going to mistake RJ for LJ.
The point is that every team scouts the opponent during practice, and I'm pretty sure what they're trying to simulate is the read option with a QB with skills to run legit angles. I can totally see Richie James being that stunt double!

I hope this dude has front row tickets in the stands as he watches 49ers torch the Patriots #SB54
"You think the 49ers are going to the Super Bowl?" Thomas said Wednesday. "It could be. Let's see. ... When the Super Bowl comes, whoever we play, they're going to be in trouble."

So who do you think should be playing the role of Jackson on the scout team?

If Beathard hurt his back simulating Russel Wilson, I can only imagine what else he'd hurt simulating Lamar Jackson lol

Harbaugh tryna pump his Rat Birds by keep quoting 49ers are "the best team in football"
Our record is tied with NE, dumb ass...I haven't heard anyone say we're the best team and certainly that didn't come from Niners
No one is saying that s**t but his soft wrinkled ass...I hope we put a beating on these fools, especially Earl Thomas

Belichick is going to figure out a way to stop Jackson and that offense, the problem is I don't know if the Pats' offense will be able to take advantage of what their defense gives them.

Heh, I just realized, BeatHard may be the *mobile* QB that I've been wanting Kyle to get. I would certainly like it if he could run 4.4 in the 40 though. But he pretty much has good running ability, I think in his first pre-season he ran for 80+ yards and a TD on a draw play. I'd love a 3rd string developmental QB that had BeatHard's arm and could run 4.4 in the forty.Originally posted by ProfessorKel:Originally posted by D0PEMAN:Originally posted by lamontb:Richie James can't mimick Lamar. Yeah, BB has been scheming since the loss...no AFC team gonna beat them twice in a season. Their offense hasn't been healthy all year...BB will make sure guys come back / peak at the right moment. If anyone gonna take them down in the SB, it'll be us

Yeah he's good.
I hope Kittle, Juice and/or Wilson punk Thomas on a play here n there...then later, cheat carroll could pop out of nowhere and flip him off
