He can practice and be put on the active roster if they want.Originally posted by 9ersLiferInChicago:

He did play well on the inside in pre-season. SRONGEST GUY ON THE TEAM, and Bronco players in joint practices said he was the strongest player they ever seen (backed up and re-iterated by AA and Buckner). He is a run stuffer. We more or less need to keep our edge rushing on par.

Learning more about Valoaga, he's 6'6" and he played TE in high school. I remember him leading the 49ers in sacks in the pre-season I think. If he's 6'6" does he have the long arms that Aldon had? I'm thinking he could develop into a good pass rusher if he has those long arms and good agility and acceleration. I read somewhere (can't remember where) but he has a 40+ inch vertical jump, and played basketball in (I think) high school. I hope he can step in and spell Ford and Bosa and not drop off the caliber of play too much.

I swore his name was pronounced Val-Ow-Ah-Guh, not Val-Ow-Un-Guh, guess I was wrong. Looking forward to seeing what he can do Sunday, sucked about Moore, he looked really good in the 2 games.

The Samoan pronounciation would be
Vah-Low-Ah-Nguh

LOL, I still don't know Jaquiski Tartt's actual pronunciation for his first name. In the depth chart from camp it was something like Jah-Qwiski, but Tartt said Jah-Qwaski on SNF. Some of these names get me sometimes.

It sure looks like it's pronounced juh-kwiss-key, which is eerily similar to Jack Whiskey.
Maybe he's trying to distance himself from his liquor-sounding name.
