ESPN has Jimmy's QBR at 14.0 in the box score and 24 in the game log. I cant seem to find a reliable number anywhere. Its not possible that its really that low for the game is it? I understand that plays made when the game is in hand are negatively adjusted as "garbage time" plays, but it seems that it still would be a pretty good score. Certainly above "average" at 50.
Thoughts?

QBR doesn't give a s**t about RAC. If a qb puts up yards on RAC, it's basically disregarded. So, throwing with touch and anticipation are not valued by QBR.
QBR is garbage.

Jimmy dates porn stars so that is an easy -50 points per game.

ESPN analytics, like their "experts", aren't there to provide any sort of insight. Both exist to elicit emotion from fans and thus boost ratings. Once you understand that, you can accept the final product for what it is.

QBR is simply another metric. None of them are perfect. It isnt a terrible stat. It isnt the best stat. It's just A stat.
QBR values 3rd down performance, which is why Jimmy's number was horrible against the Packers and has generally been good all season.

QBR is just a BS made-up stat that ESPN creates in order to write their own narratives.
