I only speak for myself. I've already said I don't believe what he said was racist and I also said I don't feel he should have been "suspended". Instead maybe say publically that they were going to meet with him...or just say they were going to wait a game while they have a week long retrospective. (Didn't have to use the word "suspension"). If another person of color took it a worse way, I'M NOT GONNA TELL THEM HOW THEY SHOULD TAKE IT. I'd respect it.

THAT being said, I have no sympathy for the piece of s**t who slurped the back stabbing Tomsula and to slurp Baalke and York...

He said something stupid and the team can hold him accountable how they want.

What was he expecting? For others to agree with him? lol

As far as skin color check out the lower pics (post was for someone else)...again Ryan has seen Kap play in night games, rain games, snow games, etc... as well as other QBs of color running the zone read. And THIS IS THE FIRST TIME HE WANTS TO MENTION IT? It's stupid ass f**k.. either mention it along time ago...or stop yourself from mentioning it this late in the game.

Total b******t. f**k the fake outrage and save it for real issues

racist gone' racist...
49ers fans are soft, if it were up to them Nick Bosa wouldn't of been drafted due to tweets

I wanted QW but good thing I'm not a talent evaluator. Had nothing to do with any tweets though I disagreed with some of the stuff I'd seen. I'm glad for our team he's a Niner. Then we have the matter of players in sport that aren't in sport for things they'd said and for what they believe. I wonder if that was because fans are soft or are these things ultimately up to team owners? The York family ultimately sat Ryan not the fans

f**king stupid PC b******t as far as I'm concerned.

Neither Jackson or Kap are 49ers, so.... WTF?

This is about a color analyst who works for the 49ers, so.....no need for outrage
I heard the podcast yesterday. I don't agree with the decision to suspend him over that.Tim seems like a nice man and a great ambassador for the team who clearly, from my perspective, was being descriptive and nothing more.

(Didn't former announcer Ted Robinson get suspended for a game or two for something he said? I can't remember what he said.)

I'm not talking about the York's, I agree Tim Ryan needs to be more aware of what he says, especially in this mental midget PC culture we live in . I'm talking about the fans that are now labeling him a racist and want him fired because of THIS issue. There were a lot of ppl who were threatening to turn in their fan card if we drafted Bosa, look how stupid they look now

Sad

is anyone REALLY offended? or are you just offended because the media tells you you should be offended?

Why do you keep bringing Kap into the conversation?

Kap is a HALF WHITE man, Lamar Jackson is not. Do you not understand that?

I personally don't know anyone that wants him fired or punished but those fans I'm sure are in the minority. This wasn't egregious enough an offense for firing. A one game slap on the wrist is sufficient for PR purposes. Bad break for Tim but I can understand why the team did it. He's going to have to be more careful especially when dealing with race gender religion nationality and sexual orientation. This is the America we live in now and businesses are about their money and public perception plays into that

For those saying the Niners acted quickly so it wouldn't become a bad PR move...... um yeah that worked out real fkn great. All over the major outlets today.m and won't go away watch. Wait til Stephen A gets all riled up today.

Personally IMO doesn't matter what the Niners did it was inevitable it was going to blow up in the media.

So I ask the Niners.... why a suspension? What do you gain from this? The backlash will still come. Do you honestly think that was the high road move because that's the go to card nowadays (quick let's take care of this In-house to save face and diffuse the situation) all while patting themselves on the back hoping it goes away.

Won't fkn go away and we will hear about it all week. And just fkn wait if the Niners and Ravens played in the SB can you imagine the s**tshow this will become? Media and the PC culture are like fkn rabid wolves. I honestly think the suspension was lame and just another let's try and save face move.
