Surprised Armstead is active for the Saints. Hopefully Bosa makes them regret that decision.

So what does this mean....our DL won't be dominant today?

Staley starting?

I wonder if he's going to be rusty and if he'll be subbed for if in dire need.

I certainly expect he's going to be rusty.

Because Seattle beat us in our division game. If we had beaten seattle (along with beating LA and ARI in both games) and if Seattle wins in Seattle and we end up tied, I think we would win because of our division record.

Someoen correct me if I'm wrong.

If we win out and beat them IN seattle and they STILL win the division - then that is f**king annoying.

Yeah it is!! So the best case scenario is they lose one or two games before our match-up in Seattle and hope that we win out the rest of the season.

it is insane that you've lost 2 games and one of them made that much of a difference. i cant think of a time when a division had two teams win this many games.

If we win out and beat Seattle in Seattle, our record will be 14-2 and Seattle (currently with 2 losses) will be 13-3.

It would be mathematically impossible for Seattle to own the division in this scenario.

Okay so we win out and we own that first seed. Looking forward to it.

Go post in the Seattle thread - that's why it exists

Yay, more crappy Celek and only 4 receivers. Pray for no injuries.

I mean K'wan can guard a s**tty Saint TE. The ravens had DBs on Kittle a lot last game.

This really doesn't change anything imo. Basically takes another pass-catcher off the field for Brees

FWIW cook is one of the worst TE blockers in football

With double TE sents for the Saints, does that neutralize our pass rush?

This, pushing him back so soon from a high ankle sprain was a very poor decision on both of their parts. I understand that it's an important game for both teams and especially for us, but that injury isn't something to mess around with. High ankle sprains are partial ligament tears and can easily get fully torn without getting proper rest and allowing it to heal.

It also may lead to some creative blitzes. That the Saints are worried about the immobile fossil enough to change what they do is a good sign.
