I hang out with niner fans for games all the time, friends, but what am I supposed to say to the stupid s**t they always repeat during a game?

they immediately scream their heads off at Jimmy for not throwing the ball the second the ball is snapped and panic watching him "throw the damn ball!" "get rid of it!!!!!!!!!"

and, it's 3rd & 20, we are backed up in our own 20, and we hand the ball off. they get mad at that stuff. lol.

what do I say? "you people dont understand situational football"?

I'm expecting another shootout this week too. 49ERS 38 ATL 31

34-13, Niners.

45-20 Niners.

On defense we're missing Sherman, Ford, Kwon, and possibly Tartt for this next 2 or 3 games. That's almost half of our week 1 starting lineup missing. Really sucks but it is what it is.

Tartt's injury was very noticeable this past weekend with the way Harris was playing. He missed a lot of assignments and a couple of tackles. It's not a coincidence our first game without Tartt and our secondary got murdered, guys were running open in the middle of the field and were bouncing off of Harris and Spoons tackling. Hope it doesn't prolong through the end of the season.

Atl will make it close. Even so rest some players shanny. Just got to beat the hawks week 17.

They play the Seattle defense and so the TE (Kittle? Dwelly?) is going to burn that Atlanta defense. On our defense, I hope the backups tighten their play. All we need is a one point victory and we make the playoffs. I think that makes the defense play better. Also, home field advantage, I hope, can make up for some of our defensive injuries.

Yeah but if they get Landry then they may not have Bosa right now. You can't just change one thing and pretend that everything else would have gone exactly the same.

Remember what a convoluted, unlikely process it took for the 49ers to just have the #2 pick. One more win and they might have Rashan Gary instead of Bosa righy now.

Even if Ford is healthy next year, another speedy rusher off the edge will be vital. They need to keep a ferocious pass rush.

Agree. I'd love it if NY85 can find us webzone fans a raw little known edge rusher from some small school like James Madison to promote on the Webzone forums.
