It sucks to lose but it was always going to come down to week 17 @ Seattle.
We had no major injuries in this game. That was actually more important than winning if you ask me.
Agreed, it was a potential trap game that lived up to it and the injuries in the secondary made it worse. Seems like the team needs a shot in the arm like this late in the season to get them back on track so hopefully they're a little more humble and ready to take care of the Rams. That said, I don't have much confidence in their chances in Seattle just b/c of the injuries and the Seahaks being a very good at closing out important games when it matters. Carroll rolled JH in the same way.
Like I said...we have to worry about the Rams first.
Seattle to me is an extracted horse shoe away from disintegrating.
I think even with our injuries our team is better than Seattle. They have been incredibly lucky this year, including our game. Running into us with Kittle out, Sanders getting hurt early. OL getting Clowned and the mass drops and a backup kicker missing the game winner in OT.
Playing in Seattle has been a horror show for us in recent years but Seattle has their own injuries to deal with. Assuming we beat LA we'll have an extra day to rest up and get out there to win the division.
Clowney has been dealing with a hernia, Diggs and Wagner just hurt their ankles. Wagner seems to be fine but who knows how they look week 17. As long as we don't suffer any further injuries vs LA I like our chances to go up there and win.
