This just sounds right.

Let's stay humble. We seen what's the falcons did. Rams will be motivated to keep us from reaching number 1 seed

They're also still in the playoff hunt - so that will be motivation, also.

That can actually work to our advantage, if we can get up early. If we can get a lead, the psychological edge will definitely be with us, because not only do they need to win out, but they need help too. And if it starts looking unlikely, it'll snowball.
ben garland blocking aaron donald scares the s**t out of me. hes gonna need help all game if we want to survive.
SILENCING THE LAMBSSSSS !!!

It's not like Richburg would be that much better. Donald gives every team fits.

Donald gets doubled like 3/4 of his snaps. Best thing to do is attack the edges running the ball and wear him out.
No INT from Jimmy this time right?

Out of our 3 losses he has thrown an interception in only one game.

Maybe he should air it out and let the chips fall where they will :)
Let Donald come thru and have Jimmy fire the ball into his groin like Burt Reynolds did to Ray Nitzke in the Longest Yard.
Not sure where to put this...here or kyle thread....so will put it here.

Anyone think kyle may have held back some players against ATL that might have been able to play...instead keeping them out another week so they are available for either LA or SEA? I wonder if kyle tried to sneak a win out by resting some injured guys who could have played but needed the time off to at least partially heal.

No idea if this is correct or not, but I wonder. I find no fault with it, and maybe the thinking went, "If we can win but still let 4 or 5 of our injured guys take a rest, losing to ATL isnn't a catastrophe,. Losing to lambs and/or SEA...yeah that is a catastrophe. Just asking.

I think there's a little bit of it at play. Both mental and physical aspects of it. Our team seemed lethargic throughout the ATL game. 6 out of the last 7 games have been nail biters.

The team should be motivated and back on track for the Rams game.

To be fair, the only games this year that we're nail biters were CIN, CLE, CAR, and GB. All the other games were close until the end.

Not sure i buy that. It would totally be a disservice to telling the team every game matters and every game matters.

I think maybe we played it safe with some of the injuries and tried to get a win without going all out and just came out short.
