Yes, super choppy.
I'm not sure if you're streaming (like me) or watching through cable, but whenever I reset my router (unplug, count to 10, re-plug) it seems to do the trick!
Thanks, but I just called Spectrum and they are aware of this issue. Dammit I miss my Direct TV.
