Hopefully he plays similar to like he did in his first Saints start but no Richburg is a concern with the communication and bad snaps...have to fix those.

When it's that loud, communication is impossible anyways. Just get the snaps right and give jimmy 3 seconds we'll be okay.

Tart out too?

I can't see us doing it. Just way too many issues for this match up.

My prediction is we will have to run the ball in this game, if we can't, I think we will be doomed.

I think Jimmy G will be under duress all night long (even if Clowney is not 100%).

Is no big secret this O-line is a complete waste of space when it comes to pass pro. Run-blocking, sure, but pass protection? Forget about it, is worse than pathetic. There is a reason why the 9ers have the lightest O-line in the entire league. This line has been simply over-compromised for run-blocking.

Their linebackers already know Jimmy G loves to throw in the middle of the field. Wagner and his crew will try to shut down all the easy crossing routes as far as possible. And because of their pass rush, Jimmy won't have enough time to wait for the deeper routes to develop.

Our savior aka George Kittle who wasn't in the last game, I am pretty sure they will be double-teaming him trying to shut him down, period. That means Sanders will have to step up, but will he be able to handle their physical secondary? Last time they fractured his ribs, so it remains to be seen. That only leaves Deebo and KB, in other words, not great.

As for our D, our pass rush is far from 100%. Dee Ford is out yet again and our rotational D-linemen are no longer what they used to be with too many injuries piled up. In fact, it is so bad I have even lost count on the number of games we have gone without a single sack now, 3 games? As if that wasn't bad enough, let's add Julian Taylor to the IR list too. That means there is no way in hell we will be able to generate the kind of pressure up front like we did in the first game. In other words, Russell Wilson will have a far easier time in this game unless we keep dialing up blitzes to make up for the deficiencies.

I haven't even mentioned Beast Mode. I know a lot of people here thinks he is just a fat dude with a beer gut who will only have 5 carries and sit on the bench of the rest of the game. However, I am not one of them. Marshawn Lynch may not run all over us with huge chunk plays per se, but all he needs to do is convert on 3rd downs, 4th downs and leap over the goal line to score. None of our DBs will be able to stop him mano-a-mano unless they gang-tackle him on every single play. If you allow him to get to the second level, he will demoralize the D as they find out how tough it is to counter grown man strength.

So, if we can't run the ball, Jimmy G and the offense will struggle big time like they did in the last game. I think Jimmy will easily throw a couple of picks, the pressure up front and the noise will get to him. And quite frankly, it won't be his fault, it will be on that useless O-line.

Last time it took a Pick 6 and an INT in OT by Greenlaw for us to get to a point whereby we could tie the game, so how do I see our chances in this game? And at C-Link? I will be honest, not good, I had always chalked it down as a loss which was why I was so mega pis*ed off with Shanny for losing the last game at home.

But, what do I know anyway? I am no gambler and so far I had called for losses against the Ravens and the Saints. Both games were separated by a FG, so I am 50/50 at this point. For all I know, may be the Seahawks will play like sh*t on the night, but based on my honest analysis I doubt it. It is just really super difficult to play at C-Link and ever since Russell Wilson became the starting QB of the Seahawks, he hasn't lost a single game to us at home for 8 consecutive years and counting.

So, I will disagree with Vegas and say the odds are against us. Our biggest issues with this match-up are both the regression of our D which is huge plus the ineptitude of our O-line in protecting Jimmy G to allow him to do his thing.

The good news is they did lose to both the Rams and the Cards, so there is a glimmer of optimism there. Let's hope I am wrong...

Their win streak at home against the 49ers ends Sunday...

They only brought back Lynch and Turbin to be a part of the #Misery #PityParty #Reunion

On paper. That was what I thought in the last game too. Oh boy was I wrong or was I wrong?! Jimmy G was getting killed all night. The offense couldn't get anything going. Only the D kept us in it after they scored with the Pick-6. The Seahawks always play us tough and they have had our number for years. You add that to C-Link, at night and in prime time? Come on, common sense says the chances ain't exactly great.

But, like I said, let's hope I am wrong, I will totally welcome that!!

Your thesis has a bunch of holes in it. First off, its "Tartt", not "Tart", and "Jullian", not Julian. Hard to take your "analysis" seriously with basic oversights like that.

The OL has been weak lately, but part of that was Staley being rusty, and Person being hurt. Now that Staley looked much better last week, and Brunskill shored up LG, I think the OL will be improved, especially from the last time we faced Seattle. Don't underestimate Shanahan's ability to adjust for what happened last time. I highly doubt Clowney goes off again. He's battling injuries that arent better, hes just playing because the game means a lot.

As its been posted about a lot this week, Bobby Wagner has allowed the most yards in pass coverage this year by any LB since 2013. Hes not shutting down the middle of the field.

Between Shanny's scheming and Kittle being a beast, double teams don't really stop him. Otherwise you'd have seen Kittle neutralized a long time ago.

Sanders faces physical defenses all the time. Certainly better secondaries than Seattle has. The Seahawks DB's are not good, especially with Diggs being out. The offense was moving quite well with Sanders in the game, and didn't stall until he left. Having a healthy Sanders AND Kittle is going to expose the Seattle D more than we were able to in week 10.

The pass rush isn't nearly as affective now with the lack of depth, but Seattle lost Duane Brown, and the rest of the line is abysmal. We wont need a great pass rush to beat those guys. Besides, Wilson is a scrambler, so a traditional pass rush wasn't going to be the best way to stop him anyways. Its about containing him.

Marshawn Lynch was signed to be the backup. Homer will get the bulk of the carries. If you think theres a vintage Marshawn game coming, you're just having PTSD flashbacks.

The crowd in the Superdome was deafening. Jimmy couldn't hear a thing, and stayed cool. He kept pace with Brees and shredded a good Saints D. Assuming hes just going to collapse in Seattle because of those same conditions is a lazy assumption.

We were missing some huge parts of our team last time, and still would have won if a random rookie kicker hadn't shanked it.

So much of the negativity surrounding this game is based on scars from past battles. Im not saying we're going to win, but we have the better team, and should win if we play our game.

Are you seriously going to give me grief for a few typos?! Really?! LOL. How the hell can I take you seriously?

Well, looks like you wrote a mini thesis too. I wouldn't call mine is filled with holes, but rather it holds different viewpoints to yours.

To say the disappearance of the pass rush doesn't matter is insane. We sacked him 5 times in the last game I believe?

But, for you to conclude by saying you are not saying we are going to win, then what are you saying?

Let's just simplify things here a little and try to get some clarity, if you had to put your life savings on this game, what would you bet on? At least stand by what you believe in.

lol so defensive. You misspelled our starting SS's last name, and its only 5 letters long. Thats not a typo, thats just not knowing common information. You're not the only one who does it though. Imagine someone ranting about the 1994 Niners and spelling the name "Merton Hancs".

You can take me seriously because I responded to each paragraph of yours with a detailed counter point of my own.

This game should be a pick em, so why would I make a bold statement about who will win, or have a strong enough opinion to put my life savings on one side? I have no idea who is going to win. I just countered all your blanket negativity with realistic positives based on these actual 2019 rosters. Not having won here in 8 years has nothing to do with Sunday's game. Different teams, different time.
Tartt being doubtful just sucks. I was really hoping that was the end of watching Harris bad play. His bad tackling and stone hands almost cost the team against the rams. Lets hope the pass rush can get to Wilson.

Oh my goodness, arrest me and send me to jail for misspelling the name of our SS, you make it sound like if it was the crime of the century.

OK, so you have said a lot that don't mean a lot. It has nothing to do with "making a bold statement". To counter somebody's points of view and yet not standing by your own is meaningless. It really is. LOL.

Hate to give Win/Loss predictions, but I hope it's a much better game than last time. Last game the 9ers were without Sanders for majority of the game and no Kittle. Not to mention Dee Ford played only 32% of the sanps and did pretty much nothing. Really hoping Buckner and Armstead can have good games and just make Wilson feel uncomfortable, now that the middle of their O-line is weakened.

IMO the key to this game will come down to the 49ers D-line and if they can generate just as good of a pass rush the Cards put on Seattle. Sure sacks don't tell the story of a pass rush, but all I know is the past few weeks QB's have been a lot more comfortable sitting in the pocket.

Honestly, I think Witherspoon gave up more plays the past few weeks (Saints, Falcons, Rams) than Harris. Witherspoon's confidence seems to have hit a wall, would much rather see Mosley on Lockett.
