My god the tides have turned in the media. At the beginning of the week, most pundits agreed that Seattle was over rated and YES dare I say LUCKY given their record with a +12 point differential. The Niners, on the other hand, are 12-3 with a +165 point differential. With that said everyone and their mother was expecting this to be a Niners win but NOW that Lynch came off his hamper it seems everyone thinks Seattle is the next coming of the 1998 Broncos.

Give me a f**kin break. Hope the Niners serve a slice of humble pie to all the naysayers.

Let's go !!!

Won't be surprised if we lose. I think SEA didn't plan for ARI and they have been prepping for us for two weeks knowing it will come down to week 17.

I wouldn't be surprised if we lost but honestly we should win this game if we don't it will be because we beat ourselves.

Exactly! Can they lose? Sure: "that's why they play the games"

But should they lose? Absolutely not. This is a much, much better team than that Seattle team. They are supposed to win and I only hope they go up there with the hunger to prove it.

I do agree with the notion that we need to absolutely make certain we don't do anything to beat ourselves. That's how the hawks won last time.

It felt like they were gifted a mostly unearned victory. It's an agonizing, gutwrenching feeling when stuff like that happens.

Give any NFL team two weeks to prepare and give their opponent one week and any team can be beaten. I am sure SEA didn't plan to have their RBs injured but it didn't seem like they were prepared for ARI. Wouldn't be surprised if they were preparing for us. That Bye week is a golden ticket.
The 9ers do have a better road record with only one lose to the Ravens in the final seconds. Only two things happen tomorrow, the 9ers lose or they win, so nothing is going to be suprising.

Well, I guess they could tie but that will probably equal a lose

They can tie.
CAN SOMEONE reminder Shanny that TIE would not be a bad idea either if it's there !!!

It would move us to the third spot and SEA to the 5th. There is too much on the line here to play the tie. That ship has sailed.
After a little thought, I think a tie would be a win of the West but would be the 3rd seed, still not a suprise....

It's so annoying too. All they talk about is Lynch, like he's the second coming of Jesus. Give me a break!!!!

This is the last game of the decade, last game of an era possibly. The tide might be turning going into this next generation, a statement win, and a possible turn of the tides.

Ironically, the media is falling harder for this Beast Mode bs harder than the fans actually are. The hype/attraction of this game is total popcorn, but the ending will be very Noir for Seattle, cause the hometown hero isn't gonna win it this time.

Cards keep beating up on Seattle up there. Not just this year but the Seahawks have trouble with them every year. Some teams just have your number.

Cards gave us trouble both times we played them as well.

Same

Seattle:

No runners
No OL
No pass protection
Limited DL
Weak LB against TE play

LOL

feel like you could say the same about us?

haven't we complained about our OL and DL? We aren't covering the TE's well either.
