SF 49ERS @ SEA SEAHAWKS PREGAME THREAD - 2019 Season Week 17

Seattle made our performance against Atlanta look uber impressive by comparison.

There's no chance we can get the 6 seed.

If we lose and Vikings win out and packers have the same record as us then we get the tiebreaker over packers since we killed them

Wrong. Vikes win out, GB wins last game against the Lions, and we lose to the Seahawks:

We all finish 12-4
GB wins division based on divisional record. They are now out of the tiebreak picture.
We lose head-to-head to Minn because of that #$%&@ Falcons game. They win common games tiebreaker.

Minn #5, Niners #6

Man, gotta give CArds a hand, just went up 14 on SEA, and Murray is out with injury. Man, Chandler Jones, now has 19 sacks(4 this game along with , 8 hits and 4 caused fumbles.) They are making SEA look bad. Boy, AZ next yr....wow, they are impressive. SEA #2 QB has not played a down this yr nor last yr as #2 QB for ...yup, SEA. Talk about a weird situation. In any event, AZ is doing its best to beat SEA , and they are doing it without Murray for the last 2 qtrs.

2:59 to go and AZ now has ball on AZ side of field. SEA right now are looking at 11-4 and AZ has the ball on the SEA 35. QB HUndley, is as good a runner as murray,...well , almost. But he has had one helluva game.

Player of game, hands down is Chandler jones, and we got nothing to stop an incredibly tall, tough, strong , fast guy like that. Glad we are not playing AZ next week instea of SEA. Like us both teams has injuries.

Same old story...teams that go to SB have not only talent but are the most healthy.

Great game. Cards defense is solid. Contained Wilson. Their back up QB Hundley picked up his game after a garbage first drive and was balling. Anything can happen in the NFL.

Hope Saleh was taking notes on the Cards defense.
been sayin all year that seattle aint that good...

If Vikings win tomorrow but don't win the division and 9ers lose they're the 6th seed. And if GB has tiebreakers over Seahawks guess who would be the 3rd seed...
I think Seahawks have tiebreaker though.

No, he's right. The Vikings have the tiebreaker against us right now due to a better record in common games.

So, who was right after all? I know that if we win next week we're 1 and we can't be lower than 5, right? Minnesota has also clinched at least a wildcard after we beat LA last night.

Two weeks off if we beat Atlanta.

Every game matters.
Sea can't get a bye week and are banged up. What are the chances that Carroll rests his starters next week? Div title is a pyrrhic victory for them.

I detailed it in my above post. It's a very possible scenario, not some weird lucky thing.
It is what it is. While it would have been nice to have beaten Atlanta, what I really want is to destroy these f**ks at their house when it matters. Next week, we regain our pride.

It's been stated countless times on here that the Niners have a real chance at the #6 seed if they lose in Week 17. I can't believe people still think it's only #1 vs #5. It's just as likely it's #1 vs. #6.

Seattle has the tiebreaker on Green Bay if Green Bay loses to the Vikings due to, I believe, a better record in common games.

Saleh doesn't game plan, he relies on talent to bail him out.
