SF 49ERS @ SEA SEAHAWKS PREGAME THREAD - 2019 Season Week 17

Can you blame us? We looked awful for 80% of that game and frankly had no business winning.

I'll take the victory obviously but let's not pretend it was very ugly for most of the 3.5 hours. We can't play like that in the playoffs if we want to make a run.

Ugh. We have faced BAL and NO already bro

You actually need Seattle to win this.

How's that?

No, I would say the Saints was and will be tougher. By a long shot. Win or lose they are gonna be motivated. It's a must win either way.

And the Falcons was suppose to be a blowout or easy W!! It did not go that way at all. How about the Cards, 9ers almost loss twice to them. As much injuries Seattle has, you would think the 49ers have this one in the bag, right? No matter how strong the 9ers are they just have a hard time with Seattle and their sensitive refs.

Seattle could still mathematically get the #1 seed right? If they win, New Orleans loses and Green Bay goes 1-1 doesn't Seattle win that three way tiebreaker?

New Orleans would probably get it. And you don't want that. We took our chances down there once and won (barely). I don't want to go there twice. I don't want to go to Seattle either. Avoiding Seattle and New Orleans on the road is a great idea IMO.

At best Seattle can finish with the same record as the saints if everything goes right for them. And still saints get number 1 because they beat Seahawks during the season. Mathematically there is zero chance seahawks get number 1

So did the saints, pats, ravens and others. Our fans have unrealistic expectations of what a good team should be.

Anyone peep out the SEA forums? Wondering what they have to say. Probably still think they can blow us out at home.

I think they can if the Saints, Packers and Seahawks are all tied. Then it turns into a 3-team tiebreaker that Seattle wins out in.

She is already preparing excuses ugly ass woman

The Seahawks sub Reddit is VERY pessimistic right now. To the injury news the majority of them are saying "welp that's the season."

We want to send them somewhere horrible like the frozen tundra of GB. We just need to take care of business and not underestimate Wilson. AND no injuries.

Yes but they could be seeded above us. Which is more important to our point of view. The difference between the #1 seed and the #5 seed is just light years difference.

Why would Seahawks win that tiebreaker

They had a RB named Warner that was pretty good too. He may be over 50 though.

Seattle lost to New Orleans isn't that right? So there is no way they can be seeded above New Orleans if New Orleans won head to head. We just need to beat them and send them as a wild card probably to Philadelphia.
