And Sanders went out with his rib injury
We we're dominating too until Sanders got injured, then it all went downhill.
We get both back and Staley / McGlinch knocked off the rust...we good to go

Wasn't Toilolo out too? He's a key player in run and pass blocking.

If you want to be the champ, you got to BEAT the champ. Even though the Cawks aint the champs, we got to beat the chumps to be where we gotta be.

Just realized that 16 of our 22 starters have missed time this year. I wont mention the 6 who haven't, because I dont want to put it out there.
Starters' games missed in 2019:
Weston Richburg - 3 games
Mike Person - 2 games
Joe Staley - 9 games
Mike McGlinchey - 4 games
Tevin Coleman - 2 games
Kyle Juszczyk - 4 games
Emmanuel Sanders - 1 game (most of the Seattle game)
Deebo Samuel - 1 game
George Kittle - 2 games
DJ Jones - 5 games
Dee Ford - 6 games
Kwon Alexander - 8 games
Richard Sherman - 1 game
Akhello Witherspoon - 6 games
Jaqusiki Tartt - 3 games (maybe 4)
Jimmie Ward - 3 games
So between those 16 starters they missed 61 of their 256 possible starts. Almost 25%. If someone told you that 16 of our 22 starting players will miss an average of 4 games this year, theres no way you'd believe we were 12-4 or 13-3.
ST Bonus:
Gould - 3 games
Nelson - 6 games (not from injury)

Any of you worried about this game against the Seahawks, keep your butts at home and watch a movie or something. Don't need your weak, negative energy messing things up.

I think the Lynch signing is to infuse some life into them more then just production. They got beat like a drum by Arizona I think they know there in trouble and are looking for anything to inject some life into them.
Yes sir, this is the way I see it as well. Lynch was great but he's not what he used to be.
The 9ers will bring it this time.

Or not.
Nobody knows what kind of shape he chooses to actually keep himself in but a lot of assumptions being made. I would hope our team isn't taking him returning or Travis Homer lightly.
He hasn't played in 2 years so I doubt that he's in football shape. They could throw him in for a few short yardage plays but I don't see him being able to do much else. Face it, if he really wanted to play and he had anything left he would have been playing already. This is just some extra spending money for him.
He might be in football shape... but he definitely isn't in game shape. While probably not a 25+ carry threat to us this weekend, I wouldn't underestimate his ability to make some plays for them. Not expecting a whole lot from him but I would not take him lightly in preparation.
He may still have the itch to play just not the itch to carry the rock 300 or more times a year and dedicate 5-6 months of his life to football.
Short yardage and goal line
5-10 snaps total, could be more if he can pass block.

Pete is signing Lynch simply to get the team/crowd more hyped for the game. If he gets a 3rd down conversion or a goal line TD the crowd is going to get louder and louder.
It's not a bad strategy from cheatin Pete. We just have to make him irrelevant (which I think he most likely will be).

Hard to beat any team twice in the same season...Seattle will find that out Sunday night.

If the Niners can't beat the Seahawks at their most vulnerable moment then they don't really deserve it, all the stars have basically aligned for us.
That's why I feel like it's going to be a poetic beat down. Fingers crossed we don't lose anyone in the process.
