Given the choices, if we win and we get the 1 seed the most optimistic outlook for wildcard weekend would be for the Eagles to beat the Seahawks somehow and come visit us for the divisional round. That's unlikely but, I'd like to see it rather than having to play them 3 times. If we lose somehow, then going to Philly doesn't really scare me all that much with their offense being so hampered by injuries. Our offense and Jimmy can beat anybody, but we need the defense to get back to some semblance of the level it was earlier in the season if we're gonna go deep into the postseason. Getting Ford and Tartt back will help surely

I'm telling you guys, we should all root for Green Bay and New Orleans on Sunday.

If that happens, Seattle will only be playing for the 3 seed instead of the 5 seed. They're 7-1 on the road and 4-3 at home. They'd have to be a lot less motivated to win instinctively under this scenario IMHO.

This is so true. Cannot understand why so many 48ers fan just believe that our weak defense, ranked 31st in the league over the last month, is going to shutdown Seattle and Lynch in their building. After the front 4, our best tackler on defense lately is Uncle Sherman. That's good he can tackle but bad that our LBs and other secondary players have really struggled to wrap up opposing players.

The 49ers should win easily but that's on paper which doesn't count. This whole team better be more focus and ready then they have all season. It's time to go to battle. BTW we can't afford for Jimmy Garoppolo to be out there f**king things up, not in front of the 12th man
