When I read the title, I was thinking from "the past." Was ready to click Montana, Rice, or Haley. LOL!

I love richburg, taylor, and jones but alexander is the lifebloos foe this defense. When he went down, so has this defense. When he was out from that tampa game, you felt it. He has this infectious energy that this defense desperately needs.

Where is the option for Jones Alexander and Richburg?

I did not think Richburg would be able to come back this soon ?
I voted Kwon as a slightly realistic option

Blair. That will bring our pass rush back, which we need more than anything on offense right now

We're getting Taylor back and have a tree thumper (Zettel) to go with Day / Street in the rotation for defense. Tartt coming back. Ford coming back and possibly Kwon tryna make a late run. Barring more injuries, we're looking better than most teams in playoffs.
If possible, which we all know isn't, I prefer WR too. His absence was a big hit. Thanks to Shanny / JG we got around it, but playoffs are different. We can win games in a shoot out. We proved it. We better hope n pray, Shanny n JG keep it up.

I think an argument can be made for Kwon, DJ and Richburg but I went with DJ. The defense is much better with the full rotation on the d-line. But any would be welcomed back.

I was more looking at guys that have any chance at coming back. I didnt hear how bad Richburgs patellar tendon tear is. The best I could find on an injury like that is anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months depending in severity.
I thought they said they expected the 6 months recovery window for him?

I hope it's a bad coincidence that will be broken starting on Sunday but our OL has been a serious problem since Richburg got hurt.
Hopefully the defense gets back to form as guys come back to health and hopefully we get the bye week that gives the DL rest and brings Ford back but imo losing Richburg created some serious problems inside that has hurt the offense and prevents them from putting up points and protecting the D which isn't as fearsome as it was earlier in the season.
