Who do u want to play on Jan 11th ?

Eagles. They have a ton of injuries and they aren't very good right now. Seattle has injuries also, but Philly was lucky to even make the playoffs.
The fact that the game is on Saturday and 2/3rds of the possible teams would have their 2nd straight away game bodes very well for us.

Playing Minnesota would be the best option (even though they're probably the best of the 3 teams), because that would mean that NO is knocked out and MIN would have a 2nd straight juggernaut away game.
Another game against Seattle will cause many heart attacks among The Faithful.

If Minnesota pulls off a miracle, that's a dream come true. Please football gods, make it so.
I really don't care. All the teams in the playoffs are beatable but they all are good enough to beat us if we don't play a good game. Wishing for one team over another always scares me since it can come back to haunt you.
I can still remember the sting of the 2013 NFCC. It would be sweet to knock Seattle to the 5th seed and then knock them out of the playoffs two weeks later.

If both MIN and SEA win, and we beat MIN and SEA beats GB, then we could silence the 5 seed SEA as the 1 seed in our building for the NFCCG.

There's a better chance that the 49ers will re-sign O.J. Simpson to come in at running back for the playoff run than there is of Minnesota beating New Orleans this weekend. That's why they're not in the poll.

I have three schools of thought on SeaPhylus:
1) the Seahacks are pissed and fired up and will go into Philly on a mad rampage and win a close one.
2) they are gassed, mentally defeated and dejected about last week and will come out flat and lose a close one.

and
3) we will fry either one of the feathered f*cks
According to Vegas
Minnesota has a -23. Chance of winning
Phidelphia has a. ..45. Chance of winning
So Seattle has a. .32. Chance of coming to S.fF. ( their chance of winning - minnesota's chance )
Philly, their pass defense is s**t and their pass offense is s**t. Two things we're a lot better at than them.

That's not how that works...

If MIN has a 23% chance, then there's a 77% chance NO wins.

So it's .77 x .55 (chance SEA wins) = 42.3% chance SEA comes to SF

23% chance MIN comes to SF
34.7% chance PHI comes to SF (PHI win + MIN loss)

Damn, you out mathed me
Look guys we would be crazy to want the Seahawks. They play us within an inch of our life every time they play us. They play us like it's the Super Bowl. Like a crazed, mad dog who is cornered. Russell Wilson has the best games of his life against us. This is likely who we get. But they are capable of beating us just as we are capable of beating them. No matter how injured or banged up they will give us a war. Count on it. The Eagles are a much easier match up for us the way they are built. It won't be the Vikings. Cousins has never won a big game in his life.
I hope the game goes into double OT and they beat the chit out of each other :)
