He was the #1 juco player in the Nation a couple of years ago. He had a reputation at UT as a "look like Tarzan, play like Jane." Once the new coaching staff took over in '18 it looked like the light was starting to come on, then he hurt his knee. He has a ton of potential, but so far hasn't put it all together.

I think the team realized that after Bosa, Ford, and Blair there wasn't anymore real edge guys. I see this as them getting an early run at adding more depth to the edge next season.
