Even if the game is close, I feel confident that Kyle and Jimmy will get the job done. A blow out would be nice but a defining game winning drive would shut all the naysayers up about Jimmy being the weak link.

I would LOVE a blowout....I've lost 5 yrs of my life watching 9er football this yr. We haven't blown a team out since the Packers

Absolutely. The last game in Seattle was the worst. Had to take a personal timeout.

Do the Niners give up an opening drive TD and then lock in or does the defense come out gang busters?

They need to keep the intensity for the whole game, both offense and defense. Playoff teams are too good if you lose momentum and giving a window. Every team in the playoffs are capable of taking it and get a win.
Some Viking fans calling for a blowout. Others say jim will crumble.

Hopefully the later cause nows the time to end that crap

Probably the same Vikings fans that thought they would lose in New Orleans. Line still at -7, this groundswell narrative that the Vikes are going to win is purely media created. Hacks.

Can't wait to hear Sherm after the win. Gonna be epic.
Just throwing this out there for the football gods.

I got some scratch tickets yesterday

Went with tickets from #6(cuz that's the numbered Lombardi we're going to get this year)
Went with tickets from #61(cuz we gonna get 6 and won it :D)

....there were 6 winning tickets.

It's a sign.

I think it's great that practically everyone is picking the Vikings to win.

Been the story all year, this Niner team thrives on being underestimated.

Sherman and Kwon will have the defense fired up.

ESPN has SF with a 66% chance of winning (which is pretty damn high).

It's a fun story for Minn, they went into NO and beat the big ol' bad Saints. Thing is, SF is actually a better offense (avg more pts per game and total yards then NO). SF is the 2nd overall team running the ball (NO was 16th). SF is the 2nd overall D (NO was 11th). While NO is for sure a home field advantage, they both play in a dome. Won't be the case this week. Minn also basically had a bye week to get healthy for NO. Not this week.

Big media loves hot takes and creating stories, end of the day if you asked these dudes to put their money down on who will win....I highly doubt they pick Minn.

but yeah I got no problem with them firing up our team

Inside The NFL, has the 9ers winning all the way across. Much rather listen to a bunch of Hall of Famers and Brandon Marshall.
"Prior to Alexander going down with a torn pectoral on Halloween, he, Bosa and Ford combined for just 108 defensive snaps together. But over those 108 snaps, opposing quarterbacks posted a QBR -- which values the quarterback on all play types on a 0-to-100 scale adjusted for the strength of opposing defenses faced -- of just 3.0."

Unless they have a time machine... Who cares what any of them think?

Ford, Kwon, and Tartt change that ranking drastically

Agreed, the only question is how effective will they be after their extended time off and will they have enough of an impact during their first game back to make a significant difference. We all saw how Staley got steam rolled when he first came back. The answer is probably yes but I by no means am totally comfortable with their impact until I actually see them return to form on the field. I think that is where some of the cautiousness from fans comes from.
