I think for many of us who remember the 1980s, we always get nervous when we face certain teams in the playoffs that we faced back then. Should it matter? Nah. But in 1987, it did matter, and it cost us. This time, fortunately, it didn't.

Positives:
  • Kwon "Legendary" Alexander, Dee "Harrison" Ford, and Jaquiski "Pop" Tartt are all back and have made an impact. We look good. We look fresh. We are primed to do something special in the playoffs.
  • Running game looks solid.
  • Pass game is there but it is hard to tell as we are now just milking the hell out of the run.
  • Special teams play by Mostert!
  • Uncle Sherm making Kirk Cousins rethink himself and likely all NFL analysts. And that bozo that said Sherman made a mistake negotiate his own contract.
  • Greenlaw starting to make some plays! GO HOGS!
  • I am pretty sure I just sacked Kirk Cousins! MY GOD! THE DLINE IS READY TO GO! YOU GET A SACK! AND YOU GET A SACK!
  • JIMMY WARD LAYING THE WOOD LIKE A LUMBERJACK THAT AIN'T BEEN HOME TO SEE MOMMA FOR A MONTH!

Negatives:
  • Jimmy pick. If you have read my thoughts, and I am hardly original, but Jimmy makes the occasional throw where you wonder if he is more Favre than Montana. In the end, I want him to be Jimmy G, so, you and I have to live with it. I just hope that one of these errant moments do not cost us when it matters most.
  • Spoon should be benched for Mosley. Nuff said.
  • Bourne drop 4th qtr, even though, he has had a heckuva game.

That cobra squeeze by the run offense and defense in the 2nd half was awesome.
Dominant D

Ball Control

Superb Game Plan
Win 1 game at home next week and go to the Super Bowl.

Raheems recovery sealed the game
This defense on a whole 'nother level with Kwon and Dee

...Faaaaauuuuuccccckkkkkk
I don't know why anyone even still brings up 87...
every time the 9ers have faced the Vikings in the playoffs since they've wrecked them (by an average of 18 points). If I'm a Vikings fan I'm sick of seeing San Fran.

Damn, the disrespect the media is giving this team is insane. I can't f-----g believe how many "experts" picked Minnesota. Based off what? We beat the Saints at NO with no bye week and a ton of injuries. I love the fact that this game was so one-sided to shove it down their throats.

This team is insanely well rounded, from the QB, to the running game to the D.
6 sacks

Stuffed the run game never alowwed cook to get going.

Offense- run game was solid, controlled TOP.

Jimmy G- had a couple mistakes but played fine.

Overall the defense from first half of season is back. Mosley needs to start opposite Sherman next game and d will b great. Offense get our play makers in space and don't turn the ball over.

Bring on whoever they put in front of us.

Feels great baby!!

The most well rounded team in the playoffs. If we don't beat ourselves, we can win it all

Tony Dungy brought it up as to why he was picking the Vikings. WFT does 32 years ago have to do with today? We beat the sh-t out of them in 88 and 89 anyways?
