Watching the 1998 wild card playoff with the Packers. I was surprised when I saw Haley on the field. i had completely forgotten that he came out of retirement and played another season with the Niners.

I like the plan we used against them last time and against the Vikings: stuff the run, make them one dimensional then go after the QB hard.
Kyles offensive gameplan will also help if we run the ball down their throats with their middle of the pack defense. Jimmy just needs to hit key passes. I don't want to go into a shootout, which we could win anyway, but that's really the only route I see for them to have a chance.
The outsiders (non local media) who have invaded Santa Clara this week have all commented on how the Niner players are all loose and focused. Sounds like business as usual to me.

Would you consider this season a success if this team doesnt win on sunday? To me, i cant. This team is too good on both sides not to win a championship. Barring a major injury, they literally have no excuse to bring home their 6th lombardi. To me, its like the seattle seahawks circa 2013 where it was their time. Well, its the 49ers time. Everything has lined up perfectly. They just have to play within themselves.

This franchise has extremely high standards and our alumni will be at the game. We CAN'T lose this game!

Compared to expectations at the beginning of the year, it's already a success. But when you measure them to what they're capable of right now, I think the only success will be bringing home #6.

I was listening to Rodgers and Adams in their pressers. Both explicitly stated that they feel the pressure is on us. This is going to be a blowout. These clowns can't even convince themselves that they have a chance.

Packer mind games going on there lol. Trying to get the Niner players to feel pressure that doesn't currently exist.

Everybody on the planet knows their only chance is if we f**k up. It's not going to happen.

Florio needs to make a call to one of the D players on MN , esp, somebody who played on the DL . Wonder what they would tell him? Would it be that we ran 8 consecutive runs on them , down the field for a TD? Would it be we ran 47 times on the "tough" MN defense? Nah, Florio wouldn't do that. He would rather just imagine what is going to happen and comment on that. What a bozo.

Honestly, I think the Vikings were a tougher opponent. They are better than GB. GB is just in their head. The Packers don't instill any fear in the 49ers players though. That was evident earlier in the year.
Minnesota's defense is better than Green Bay's. Minnesota's running game is better than Green Bay's. Minnesota's receiving core is better than Green Bay's. The only difference is Rodgers vs Cousins.

WOW. Flobio pissed his pants on the field post game against the Vikings. I guess he thought all the players left but then Bosa passes by close to him and he looked spooked lulz
I wish Bosa would sack Florio, and then we would see what real pissing would look like. Probably be red.
Put him behind center. Once. Just once.
I would have more respect for him if he just came out and said the truth that he hates the 49ers organization and hopes they lose. He would still be an a$$hat, but at least I knew he was truthful enough to say what he feels.

Pressure is really on Rodgers. If he loses this one, the narrative will be that he's gone downhills and is no longer the dominating player he used to be. Rodgers will be called a "game manager." Interesting how the tables have turned back to 2005.
