SF 49ERS vs GB PACKERS Pregame Thread - 2019 NFC CHAMPIONSHIP

I think Deion Sanders gave the Packers some sound advice last night (which they won't follow course). He basically said given how atrocious they've played on the West Coast this year against SF and LA, it'd be best that they went to Cali early and spent all week there adjusting to the climate, time, etc.

Lol they won't do that.
Never forgot

I just want our defense to play their two best games to close out the season

I want our whole team to play their two best. We have had amazing performances on both sides of the ball, but rarely at the same time. That time needs to be now.
Had Jimmy G just put some air under that throw!

Please don't throw an INT James!

Eh, I said in the game thread....I forgive that throw. The dude made a great play and it was alarming how he made himself look really small and then suddenly reached up and looked about 6'8" with hops. I think he just under estimated how much loft it would take to get over, and I watching it live, I really didn't blame him.

Vikings LBs>>>>>Packers LBs

That was a damn hard throw to try and make... The Vikings D overall did a good job considering. Pettine isn't close to the DC as Zimmer. GB has some talent on that defense BUT Kyle didn't even have to break out the play book vs Minn (or really GB the first time).

SF IMO has a advantage from a coaching perspective vs GB.

Arguably not.

Yup not even close. IMO the only position group they have better is CB over Minn. GB has a better OL/QB on offense.

I'm actually feeling more confident in this game vs Minn.

I think the bigger issue was he stared Deebo down the whole way. Made it easier for the LB to make the play.

Yep...The defense carried the team in both those games.

If I remember correctly we didn't have Ford/Kwon/Staley/Bredia/Gould and Sanders was playing but still dealing with the rib injury.

GB overall was fully healthy.

Bulaga had an injury early and he didn't return. His replacement was beaten several times..
