It's crazy how we only threw the ball 8 times and yet we scored 37 pts. And they say it's a passing league

It is, most of the rules favor it. We just happen to be bucking traditional wisdom right now. KS has never been this run heavy in his career as a play caller before this season. Don't know what exactly changed, but something did to have such a discrepancy in this one season as compared to the rest.

I really think it has to do with the league designing defenses and drafting players to stop the pass in this pass happy era. It wasn't a mistake that four of the final eight teams were among the top rushing attacks.

Thanx, when it comes to the Packers, this is the content I live for:

» "Man they wanna' wait 'til they get to the GD NFCCG to play like F'ing molded cheese"
» "Damn the F'ing 49ers Man they too F'ing Good … cheat code, they won 4 F'ing games last year"
» "This $hit is Rigged Up"
» And I'm so disappointed in Aaron Rodgers, that Som B!+@h playing like Hoghead Cheese, just Stank"
Just saw on ESPN that Mostert joined the postseason rushing record club with Watters and Blount. It's funny cause during most of this game I kept thinking of that 1993 divisional blowout against the Giants (Lawrence Taylor's last game). That was probably the last time I'd ever seen a 49er RB just dominate playoff snaps, as it's also no coincidence that Mike was the OC then.
Revisiting one item: In the days leading up to the game I pointed out that the Niners D, when fully intact (minus Jones), had not given up more than 20 points this year. That still holds true. This D is tough as nails.

LMFAO

And that why he was called Me-Shawn Johnson …
Richard Sherman's press conference shed some light into the mindset of this team. Despite our initial dominating performance against them, Sherman said that we were pissed off going into this game on account of Green Bay and their underdog talk. As if they didn't take the first game seriously.

He's such an excellent leader. I hated him in Seattle, not because I didn't respect him, but because he always backed it up. What an incredible career he's had.
YEEEEEAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!!
Baldy's take is spot on as usual

this s**t! f**k yeah!

Show me a coach getting 7 yards a carry in a playoff game who throws the ball after that and I will show you Andy Reed.

Who was at the game? How was the atmosphere? I wanted to go but alas I couldn't shake the feeling I am a Jinx lmao

I was there section 101 (right next to the tunnel where the Packers came out).

1) the atmosphere was ELECTRIFYING! I flew out from NY with the wife and kid. At first I thought the Packer fans had bought out the lower bowel on my side of the field bc they were all over pregame. But then I realized that they were hanging there for the Packers players. Levi's was ALL RED AND GOLD. We diluted any Packer fans that thought they could bring their base to Santa Clara. Most left before the game was over.

2). It was LOUD especially on defense. I'm been to Giants stadium in NJ, and it can get loud on game days. But nothing like this. Ppl were off their rockers, and the stadium would shake at times. My only qualm would be that Levi's has such an "open-air" concept to it, I think we fail to contain some of that noise because it just leaks out. Nonetheless I couldn't understand anything my wife was saying and ai kept telling her to wait for a commercial break

3). Thank God for the jumbotrons. I was sitting in row 3 so I felt like I was right in on the action. But I would recommend sitting higher up so you get a better view of the field. It looks less jumbled

4) EVERYONE stood in my section. Not one person say it was amazing.

5). FOOD IS EXPENSIVE but hey it's the NFC CHAMPIONSHIP. I didn't give a s**t !

6) had a GREAT trip to SF this weekend. Flew out there Thursday. Took the family site seeing (Golden Gate bridge, Muir Woods, Lombard st, Full House house (hehe), Fisherman's wharf, etc. did some shopping and a Niners blowout win was the icing on the cake.

Thank you Bay Area for being a GREAT host to my family. We had a wonderful time. The people are great. The food is great. The traffic sucks balls (took me 2.5 hrs to get of SF city limits one day). And the GAME was exactly what I was praying for....a blowout.

Kudos
