I remember people complaining that we were having too many close games at years end. Well, so far in 2 playoff games we've won by 17 point both games. We're getting hot at the right time.

dude getting the bye was everything. that's what the difference was in point differential in the playoffs compared to the end of the season
A healthy Ford, Kwon, and Tartt really has made a big difference. Hope we use that 32nd pick in the first round for another ford/bosa 2.0.
Not only that but I think Nick getting more rest has helped big time too. Rookie getting a lot of snaps towards the stretch who plays with his hair on fire...he was playing on fumes toward the end of the season.
Not a shocker to see him end up with 3 sacks in 2 games after getting a bye week to rest up.
Hopefully another bye week gives him even more fuel while helping our other guys too...need to get to Mahomes and put a hurting on him or he's going to put a hurting on us.
I was impressed with Zettel in the Vikings game and he did a credible back up job in the Green Bay game. He's a quick guy and when he line stunts, he's impressive. He's less impressive on his bull rushes, but he does add depth to that DLine so Bosa can rest (as you said in your post above). He's smart and heady and was able to locate where the screens were going when Green Bay was running them in the 2nd half and limit those.
AGree that Mahomes is good when he has time in the pocket, and when he scrambles, I hope we have a defensive counter to the KC scramble drills. I do know one thing, if we can guess where he's going to scramble, that should limit the defensive area he can attack to the side he is scrambling to. A corner Blitz or a DLine slant to that area should snuff those out. I'd love to see if he wants to risk throwing it across the field away from where he is scrambling, maybe he can do it, but I suspect E-Man or Ward could pick those passes off.
