If I were a Chiefs fan, I'd be nervous at all the fawning going on.

Their fans and media are pretty over confident. Nothing to lose for us. Just come in loose on offense and defense. Play hard hitting football and go for it. Everybody expects us to lose. So we got nothing to prove. No pressure at all.

Watched highlights of game last year and I think KC last years team may have been a little bit better than this year. The final score was 38-27 but considering we were down 35-10 at half the loss doesn't seem that bad. With 5:55 left in the game we were down 24-38. We drove down to KC 4 with 7:04 left but 2 sacks made it 3rd & goal at 20. Jimmy G get injured on next play on 13 yard run (season over) On 4th & goal on the KC7 -Bethard hits Kittle for a TD to make it 31-38 (one possession game) with 5:27 to play but a hold on Juszczyk negates TD and we kick FG to make it 27-38. At this point KC get the ball back a defense hold on Witherspoon on 3rd & 11 extends the drive they keep running with Hunt pickup 2 more 1st downs to end game.

Like I said the game was a lot closer than the score indicated without an offense PI its 31-38 with little over 5 minutes to play. Remember this was without Bosa, Ford, Kwon, Sanders, Greenlaw & Deebo.

I normally don't like comparing year to year but the fact we climbed back from 35-10, stopped Mahomes in 2nd half, a much less talented defense, and almost made it one possession game with 5 min left says a lot.
