Was thinking the same thing. Though he stopped giving us updates at 6:45PM. So pretty sure that means he found the right party.
But even of thats the case, saw a piece on Greg Olsen today about the SB not being a home game, and how the Panthers relied on the energy of home field advantage throughout the playoffs just a few yrs ago, and came out flat footed in the SB because the energy wasn't the same. He talked about longer TV timeouts, halftime, etc where the team kinda got stuck in a lull because of it.
This is where I can't help but think about the team camaraderie this year and how everyone is locked in for this game with no BS leading to the big game. On the other hand, Frank Clark wants to run his mouth and Watkins talks about contract extensions or even sitting out next year, on top of Shefter saying the Chiefs were out of the ordinary over confident about the game.
Can't wait to see how this translates to the game. Time to shut them and all the pundits up.
