Better team 2019 or 2012?

I tend to think the 2012 team was more talented but this team really seems to be cohesive and Shanahan's play calling is on another level.

NT - Isaac Sopoaga or Sheldon Day
DT/DE - Ray McDonald or DeForrest Buckner
RUSH - Aldon Smith or Dee Ford

Plus, this team just plays better together. No more locker room rumors and all the other distracting crap.

But talent wise, yeah I pretty much agree with your assessment.

You forgot coaches:
Kyle Shannigan over Jim Harbaugh/G-Ro
Vic Fangio over Robert Saleh
Female coach over whoever other assistant they have

Yeah it's hard to account for the intangible stuff but I agree that it's a major factor and this team May in fact be better even in paper they don't look as good.

The 2012 team would get the feeling that they would commit some timely penalty.

Aldon was in his prime tho...the start of the end for him

Playing KC, I'd rather have Tartt and Ward's coverage skills over Goldson and Witner. Goldson and Winter could hit but can't cover as well as those 2.

This team is deeper while the 2012 team is more top heavy with more talented starters.

If they win the Superbowl, 2019 is better

the draw on third and long that scored the touchdown was a play harb always wanted to do but was not smart enough. kyle ran it cuz he knew he had the people to execute it. and with this team no one will be pulling an aldon crashing into a tree stabbing himself with a pen knife smith thing
