Poll: More confident heading into XLVII or LIV?

In 2012, they had no reason to lose.

In 2019, they are evenly matched up.

After watching jonnydel's deep dive of Niners complex run scheme, I'm hands down more confident in this team. Coaching reigns supreme!

No reason to lose huh? Aldon Smith torn up arm. Justin Smith torn up arm. Going into the Super Bowl. KRAPerPICK at QB. But no reason to lose. Sure whatever you say.
Ravens. Not even close. If Mahomes heats up I don't have much confidence we'll win.
The 2012 squad rarely bullied good teams, and it got completely rolled at least once. The playoff win over ATL was a squeaker. That Ravens team was definitely an underdog but I knew it would at least be a close game, given how hot they were. They also had two weeks to gameplan for Kap, and I knew that would hurt.

This year, just watch the freakin' games. We are just simply the most physical, fast, and complete team in the league. The AFC just did not have anything like us. I think the Chiefs are gonna get punched in the proverbial mouth and won't be able to adjust/recover until it's too late. While everyone loves the '84 Niners comparison, I think the recent examples of the 2013 Seahawks and 2015 Broncos wins are great comps too.

So, very confident this year. A win is definitely not assured, but I think the media narrative is going to look really dumb in two weeks' time.

More confident in this years team, this is the most complete team I've seen in years. There's just something special with this team. If you go back and look at past Superbowl teams most at some point of the season had a game or two where they didn't show up or lost convincingly. This team has been in every game this year and very easily could be 18-0. This team is mentally and physically strong and never out of it.

A couple of plays here and there and we could have been 15 - 1 in the regular season.

Donte Whitner said the team had too much fun during the week and didn't catch their breath until the power outage. Considering we dominated after that, its safe to say goofing around cost us the title.
I thought we were going to punk the Ravens and we ended up getting punked for a whole 35 mins. Kap brought it back but couldn't finish the job.

I feel like this team is miles healthier if not better, and more equipped to handle an electric qb like Mahomes.

Every QB can be stopped by applying pressure to them. Mahomes isn't superman lol

He looks like it sometimes though. He is the most Superman like QB I have seen. Yeah that said any QB is worse if you get a lot of pressure on him.

That touchdown run he had last game, wouldn't even come close on this defense

Yeah, we just have to do what we did these past two games, play lights out on D and run the ball as much as possible on offense eating up the clock. I'm confident we'll win this one.

That was some of the worse tackling I've seen for awhile.

Yeah especially from a defensive minded head coaches team and goes up against a Derrick Henry in practice
