I feel very confident in this team, everyone is talking about Mahomes and Company. Fine, let them ignore that our defense when healthy like it is now, is dominate at the LOS. Mahomes is going to be in for a rude awaking. KC will score, but they aren't dropping 40 on us, if they are fortunate they might get 30 something.
Nobody is talking about KCs defense vs our offense. How are they going to stop us? Sell out to stop the run (if they even can) and we throw it on them, drop 2 safeties back to help defend the pass and we will just run it on you.
Edit: Also in 2012 David Akers was kicking like dogs**t, Robbie has bounced back into form, so we are better there as well.
Oh and Kyle....miles better as a game planner and play caller.
I think this team needs Tartt to have a chance. I expect him to play but bummed to hear about the ribs. Back end tightened up a ton with him and Ford back. Kwon's return helped the underneath stuff. Even there, Greenlaw tweaked his ankle but looks to be a full go. They'll need his speed.
