How is it incorrect? They didn't win the super bowl or even make it back, which are just facts. You can love the players for their tenacity, but that doesn't equal a title.

You didn't say title, you said didn't accomplish jack.

Everyone wants titles, not everyone gets them. It doesn't mean they accomplished nothing.

It takes a lot of small goals to reach the bigger ones. Not everyone reaches the top rung of the ladder though.

As a fan, it's the only one I care about. Players come and go, while the club sits at 0-2 and a bunch of losing seasons since 1994. If they want to say stuff like that to pump themselves up, cool, I get it. With that said, if it's supposed to be aimed at the fans, then I really couldn't care less. Just put up or shut up; you already choked away one title, and history doesn't favor a return trip happening.
