Of course
Only maybe possible if the coach sticks to what we are actually good at and doesnt coach out of fear....and that's IF we make it back to the SB. Sadly, next years team will not have the same amount of telent this years did....we only have $16 Million in cap space, have Kittle and Buckner up for fat contracts, have very little draft capital, we will most likely loose Arik and maybe Ward in FA, and Sherman and the rest of the vets are a year older. Am i hopeful? yes. But ONLY if we make the right play calls, and ONLY if we make some tough decisions this offseason. The truth is, and n ones mentioned this, is that any real SB window is what about 3 years or so? So, with the core we have, and with the cap the way it is, I would say being realistic we are in WIN NOW mode and have a good 2 years, maybe maybe 3 left to pull this off before we have to not rebuild or anything that drastic, but wll have to take a season or two to resuffle the deck. That means decisions have to be made a key positions. Regardless of course I am a fan till death, just hope we win one before then, lol.

We can create more cap room by restructuring some contracts which paraag is great at - read that we may be able to add about $20M additional on to cap

How about blowing a 28-3 super bowl lead... did he envision that?
An OC blowing a 28-3 lead? How's that even possible? Such a tired take by those looking to affix a label on Shanahan. Agenda much?
We will be back. I trust John and Kyle to keep this team competitive and in the upper echelon of the NFC. They have been pretty good at drafting in the later rounds so even if we are drafting near the back end I feel confident. I've been so depressed these last few days I need to get optimistic. I was after Harbaugh was fired and we hired Tomsula and Kelly. Of course that last a few games lol. Shanny is our guy. He will work harder than anyone to get it done

This team too young for a hangover

Will see even if they get far next Season Goodell will make sure whoever the Niners play in the Superbowl beats them anyways. What's the point

He had total control of the offense and made the same mistakes he did in this super bowl the 49ers had won.

So how did the Patriots get their points? Returning turnovers for touchdowns? No. The Atlanta defense crapped the bed. He dialed up plays that were up to the players to execute and they failed. I thought he should've stuck a bit more with the run vs Chiefs, but the pass plays he called were well designed, just not executed. It's that simple.
After an amazing season this year, it still baffles me all the negativity and blame going around. This is a team game and our 49ers showed that they will not point blame to one single person or play.

After a 4-12 2018 season, I am blown away by a 13-3 season where we had the lead all the way down to 3 minutes remaining in the Super Bowl.

I get it - it hurts we lost. Point taken. I moped the night of losing the Super Bowl. But, winners don't sulk in losing. They learn. They use it as experience. They use it as motivation. And, Frank Clark, we see you; we hear you. Keep tossing logs on this fire of ours. All the more motivation for wanting a rematch next year.

Already we hear a prediction of an 8-8 Dallas team supposedly going to the Super Bowl next year to play against the Chiefs. Thank you for continuing to downplay an amazing season for the 49ers. More logs. Bigger and brighter fire.

These guys play for each other. They pay for their coach and GM. One thing I've learned from the Giants and Warriors winning it all - be wary of a strong, tight team that plays for each other. They're always hungry. They're always ready to prove their doubters.

Lastly, moving to NYC back in August 2018 and I had wanted to try and make it either the Washington or Baltimore game this year, but couldn't. Now, 2 games in New Jersey and one in Foxborough. I'm definitely going to the 2 in Jersey! Will see if I can make it to Foxborough. Gonna be representing this kick-ass LEGENDARY team of ours!

Revenge?

Against...who?

We blew it. We choked, made dumb mistakes and gave a superbowl away. We shot ourselves in the foot repeatedly and we have nobody to blame but ourselves.

I think a 'redemption' tour would make at least some sense.
