Based on what has happened I would say the team needs remain largely unchanged. WR, CB, OL, rotational DL. If we are to assume the draft is full of quality receivers, then I would think the 49ers might be looking for depth/rotational options for the other three positions via free agency.

The #49ers have signed T Shon Coleman to a one-year extension.https://t.co/o1berZa1zQ

Wait, is this real???
Edit, it is. LOL
I did have him in my off season plan but I had him testing the market first. He must be fully healthy. He does have a good skill set and knows the system...probably better than Justin Skule. This probably means they envision Daniel Brunskill at G.
I honestly think Skule, Brunskill, and Coleman are all good enough to play both OT spots. I kind of want to see if Skule can play OG. Brunskill can play every position, including center (he played some C last pre-season).

Yeah, interesting they went to Skule when Staley came out and not Brunskill.

Do you think they will resign Damontre Moore? Any FA signings on the move?

I hope so! The edge class in FA is gone and it's weak in the draft mostly.

Yes sir...literally, the exact same roster minus Buckner, Toilolo and Sanders. And 16 players coming back from I.R. hopefully.

After Coleman's terms & Person's cut, but before Compton, Blair, & Garland I have us at $16,655,085 in cap room for 2020. I doubt Compton is a full $3M, likely incentive deal, same with Garland, Blair is unknown salary wise, likely a few million, we're probably close to $10M

I don't think we should sleep on Kevin Givens. Kid fits the both interior spots pretty well. He doesn't have quite the mass of DJ Jones, but his quickness and initial burst is elite. He had draft-worthy athletic traits and production, he just fell through the cracks honestly last year. I imagine in part due to his smaller size at 6-1 285.
He came out as a junior so sure, he still needed refinement in some areas, but the guy had 10.5 TFL and 5 sacks that year. He threw up 32 reps on the bench at the combine, same as Ed Oliver who weighed in at 6-2 281. If you look at the two, there are a lot of similarities. One went Top 10, the other undrafted. Wouldn't be shocked if Givens made a name for himself one day. We'll see.

I definitely have him for legit competition at 3T with ST for now.

Only really read up on Kongbo, and didn't find anything particular impressive or anything that led me to believe he'll challenge for a spot.
