The only thing that sucks is getting out of the parking lots post-game which I can assume is on the city not the Niners organization. I guarantee if the city succeeds the management will be a downhill spiral and game-day experience will be akin to what you would see at places like the Coliseum. I assume the city thinks it isn't getting the revenue it is owed so I suspect they think they will 'find it' if they take over operations. Please SC, as a fan, stay out of this.
Dude the parking exit is not that bad at all. It flys through the blue lots. Solid job they do. But if this is the city then we're f**ked
Where the Niners lack is good customer service. Their SBL reps are the fkn worst. Incompetent and always an inconvenience. Those stupid satisfaction emails are a fkn joke. They do not act upon those that much.
Still waiting on them to fix the s**tty audio at that stadium. The halftime shows sound like s**t and the music half the time ... the treble is too much. Seen two concerts there and it was awesome so wtf gives?

That may be what some people are alleging on behalf of the Council but have you seen the documents and/or accounting reports to back it up? Or are you just making hearsay assertions based on what somebody else said?
If the later you really just don't know where the truth lies.
You're creating a false dichotomy in which someone has either seen a full forsenic analysis of something or they must throw up their hands and have no opinion at all.
If that is the evidentiary standard of opionating we have to essentially disallow every opinion on every topic in this forum.
The 49ers have already basically copped to some of this by filing the requisite paperwork when they were in violation of the law, and the net income they've been reporting looks fishy as hell too.
Is that perfect information? Of course not. But within the limited scope of available information it is completely valid to interpret that information critically (even if you're a fan of the team).
People are acting like it's out of bounds to even evoke the words fraud and embezzlement when they're literally in the middle of multiple lawsuits for fraud and embezzlement. Sure, maybe they win those lawsuits, but it's out of bounds to derive opinions from the available information and to talk about them?
This
Well said
In a nutshell.

I'm in blue lot 1. Sometimes we get out right away, sometimes we are parked in the lot for 45+ minutes. It all depends on when the city decides to be creative and rout traffic in a different direction. They never leave good enough alone. On that note, you and I could be heading in opposite directions as well.

My SBL rep has been fine from day one, always gets back to me quickly. Audio is good where I sit, that could be a location issue the acoustics are going to bounce differently depending on where you are so the sound related experience will vary as a result.
Sounds like you and I have had complete opposite experiences top to bottom. It is what it is.
