None of it. Each side will have journalists in their pocket. I will wait for the court result after careful consideration by a court of all of the admissible evidence. Journalists are notoriously lousy and reporting this type of complex corporate dispute accurately and reliably. First question? Did the journalist who wrote the article read the entire contract or series of contracts and the second questions is did the journalist have the capacity to understand the contract/s? Third, did they get to see all of the potential evidence that will be presented to the court including expert reports and forensic accountant reports from all sides? Answer NO.

All the journalists are doing is amplifying each sides allegations. Their opinions are not worth a dime.

What about all the things that have not been disputed by either party?

Which things in particular that have not been disputed by either party do you believe to be untrue?

You don't. That's the truth.

This isn't a court of law. I live in the South Bay Area. I know what is being alleged and can form an opinion on the accusations and comment on them.

You live in Australia and just started following the team a few years ago because of the footie player.

So because you live in the South Bay Area and I live in Australia you assert the hearsay gossip you hear is true.

Your logic is unpersuasive Woo.

I am not trying to persuade you.
It seems as if you have no opinion and you never will because you will never see all of the documents.
I live here, I am likely more familiar with the history of the stadium dealings, I read a lot more about the goings on with the stadium Authority and local politics in local news sources and blogs, I talk to more about the issue with other locals so I have more information to base an opinion on.

What is your opinion on the matter?

Which parts of the reporting do you find convincing or unconvincing?

You have no opinions on any matters that have been settled in a court case?
City of Santa Clara has caused quite a bit of drama since Levi's opened. They need to pipe down. They're making money off of Levi's, and the local politicians are overvaluing their importance. Get the hell out of the way

Should have remade the stadium in hunters point as Eddie wanted

I'll wait and see what the court says after assessing all of the evidence. It is too easy to get sucked in to either party's spin on the dispute. My bet is they will mediate and settle on private terms.

They tried that and couldn't make it work.
There's no way this doesn't get worked out so there is nothing for the fans to worry about. Way too much at stake for each party. They will probably end up with an arbitration if the issues are too complex.

Eddie and Da Mayor narrowly passed a proposition and they were on the way to making it work. With enough money and political will power, anything can work. Then Eddie got busted and the Yorks came in and made a stadium in a suburb. Stadium belonged in the city

All they had to do was buy the land and finance the stadium with bank loans.
They were unwilling and wanted public handouts.

Yep, the 49ers aren't going to leave just because they don't get to run the stadium themselves.

NFL's Royalty ownership believe in Divine Right of Kings when it comes to their Fiefdoms. Pay for your own Stadium and do whatever you wish. Most of the franchises use false representation, such as the SF 49ers, really Santa Clara, NY Giants and Jets really New Jersey. Get real and pay your way NFL, the product is getting watered down each year.

So it's the NFL`s fault that they are insanely popular? People need to stop acting like having a local NFL team is an entitlement and not a privelige.

Unless they finally get sick of the bay area BS. The same type of BS that moved them from SF to Santa Clara. The Raiders bailed out of the bay for greener grass. I would still put my money on the niners staying long term but wouldn't shock me if they move out of state too in a few years.

Not everyone involved wants to pay large numbers of their taxpayer dollars for that "privilege".
