This isn't a court of law. I live in the South Bay Area. I know what is being alleged and can form an opinion on the accusations and comment on them.

I am not trying to persuade you.
It seems as if you have no opinion and you never will because you will never see all of the documents.
I live here, I am likely more familiar with the history of the stadium dealings, I read a lot more about the goings on with the stadium Authority and local politics in local news sources and blogs, I talk to more about the issue with other locals so I have more information to base an opinion on.

What is your opinion on the matter?

Which things in particular that have not been disputed by either party do you believe to be untrue?

So it's the NFL`s fault that they are insanely popular? People need to stop acting like having a local NFL team is an entitlement and not a privelige.
