I'm assuming you freaked out over Bosa, Deebo, Warner, Jimmy G not "producing" following their extensions that yr?

Nope, I only wanted Bosa and Warner back and they both produced.

Deebo's great but replaceable, and Jimmy, I didn't care.

I mean I get bing an emotional fan. I'm like that sometimes lol. (Not fighting folks on SM 😝).

I just don't get the f**k this guy stuff. Let it all play out. BA more than likely resigns or plays football here this yr…fans gonna hate him when that happens lol?

If this all did com about because he reneged on the initial deal after the st brown deal, then I fully understand the backlash. I don't know if true or not, but certainly lends credence to how the niners have been handling this

So? I'm saying this s**t happens here. It's a lot of money both ways and each side wants to come out on top somewhat.

people acting like BA is freaking Robert Woods or something. He was an elite level WRs last yr. They will be losing play makers next yr and you'd think it would make sense to pair up BA and Brock for the long haul.
You said BA was a product of teams game planning other positions when we were talking about BA/Ceedee being on the same level and BA would get worse if we threw to him more

So with that logic, we can use one of our rookies to fill in

What's wrong with Robert Woods, he was a pretty solid WR in Buffalo even with all the s**tty QB's he's played with.

It does make sense to pair BA with Purdy, but it seems like Aiyuk it making it difficult for the 9ers to please him. They've done everything he's asked, he keeps changing his mind.

No he doesn't. He's only being a pain in the ass because you're letting him be. Who cares man. They will figure it out or they won't. Either way football will be played.

Woods is not Ba and I don't need to defend that one lol

We don't know what the deal is…people here are just coming to their own conclusions on what's what and who's being a dick over it. If they did everything he wanted he would have an extension back in April and no one would care.

We get it, but nobody seems to care about your opinion. Also nobody is telling you to change your opinion like you keep doing to other fans that don't agree with you.

A lot of us seem fine with BA not being here.

s**t always happens here. Almost every other franchise avoids this. The way I see it is the FO has bent over backwards for this guy and he is still not happy.

Didn't they agree on a contract then Aiyuk backed out? 49ers have made a fair offer but Aiyuk wants more or else it would've been a done deal.

I say move on, give his money to Trent and trade for a WR.

If you put a gun to my head, I would argue the offense could still be very productive without BA, but not Trent. He is the key, so imo the rest is moot.

No that never happened. SF offered him a below market deal in May then didn't negotiate anything until like August.

They can afford to pay both and cap ramifications for BA won't matter for like multiple years. Same as Deebo and Kittle when they were signed.

Trading your most productive pass catcher who's not in his prime with older guys on expiring contracts is dumb. Trading a guy who's gonna give you pennies on the dollar because it's two weeks before the season is dumb. You act like they can come some top end XWR in a trade on August 27th for nothing. This isn't madden. You more than likely have to pay that player sooner than later all the same.

Let's stop being emotional about it. He doesn't owe us anything…if anything the 49ers owe us fans the best possible roster to win and having him and Trent here is that scenario.

Good call!

i feel that BA is waiting to see what Chase gets and will ask for the same or close to it.

If we flat out trade him, we won't get much in return because he won't sign a new deal w/that team.

No team is going to give up high draft picks or a very good WR for a one year rental.
BA will have to play under the 5th-year option or not play and not get paid. Next year, the 49ers will then either trade or tag him. If he is smart, he will bet on himself, play out his option, and see what can happen next season.

The 49ers cannot afford to pay him what Lamb got and pay Purdy next year. BA and his agent need to recognize that the team also has a goal to be met if the team is to stay out of salary cap hell.
