I spent about 10 years in a pretty elite organization. Was good at my job, well respected… I was really feeling myself right around retirement and just knew my guys would miss me terribly upon my departure.

i hadn't even gotten all the way out the door before they circled the wagons and got back to work. Serious hit to my pride for several months.

id imagine that's what BA is starting to feel. No one is bigger than the team, and with or without you the show goes on. Not only that, the attention he's been getting due to lack of football action is about to be squashed as well.

this is now hitting the point where it is becoming a serious distraction to the team. very disappointing.

Clearly they now are seeing who blinks first. Aiyuk must be really over valuing himself. He's the 17th ranked WR in fantasy and he's going 4th round or lower for you fantasy guys drafting lol.

What are his fines for every practice that he misses? I cant believe we let this get this bad. If they knew they weren't going to sign him should have traded him in the draft.

which will create a major decision point for him - he's made $12M his entire career - so he's probably taken home about $5.5M, over the course of 4 years - he has most likely spent a decent amount of that on just life.

so his wallet will take a major beating if he starts incurring a bunch of fines.

Like that time my roofer was trying to overcharge me for a repair… I should have just paid him the exorbitant amount instead of getting fair value.

meaning, he appears to be more to blame for this than "we" do

Him being the 17th ranked WR in fantasy (which is debatable anyway), has absolutely no bearing on how valuable or good of an NFL WR he is.
