Huh? Wilson/Fields weren't gonna magically be good in Pitt under Arther Smith. If he wanted Cleveland he wouldn't have said no already. That ship has sailed. They had plenty of cash before doing anything.

He's not getting moved at this pt unless some random team comes in and offers him a top 3 contract and stupid compensation for us.

I said I thought a deal gets done Labor Day weekend. If not dude is gonna be sitting at home and losing money and market value. His choice. Whatever.

Disagree. It's not like NE/Cleveland/Pitt have gotten better at WR since there. They just want the player and up until now (over money)…he's been a model player.

We would match those deals but they're all in the same $26M per range as reported. He wants us to go higher (>$30M) because that's what he thinks he's worth.

As was Antonio Brown until he started those things he did.
And Aiyuk flipping back and forth, not knowing what he wants, demanding this and that, may not be the best impression one can make.

NE was in the $32M range

Not true. He was always crazy, Pitt just covered it up well.
