Umm… who's Tig? Otherwise I agree. Need to get a LT for 2026 and beyond though.

Ji'Ayir Brown

You are missing Lenoir and Mustapha. We can't keep all of those either. Probably Hufanga and Greenlaw are gone. But both have been injured. So they might not be the same.

So this is a different position than Bosa but what does every one think in regards to if he will need time to get ready? Like football shake and chemistry?

I'm not really concerned about the physical part - maybe outside of run blocking (he will probably he extra sore after week 1) but he only has one week to shake the rust off with Brock.

I'm always an optimist but I'm hoping by week 2-3 he looks like ~80-90 percent of himself

So we will probably see more Conley than normal, huh. Maybe some Pearsall/cowing.

I just feel like Kyle is terrible at containing player reps. lol see CMC but it's a slightly different situation - I just know Kyle always wants his best players on the field.

let's hope Aiyuk has been seriously grinding!

Honestly for what he's been for us, a WR4-5, Conley's been everything we could have realistically asked for, so it's not that bad. And yeah we can split those reps between cowing and pearsall too . I know what you mean about Kyle but yeah this is definitely different than CMC. Personally expecting BA to play maybe half the offensive snaps week 1 but I guess we really have no idea

and honestly it's more important to get him ramped up so he's ready for the full season than it is to give him all the snaps week 1 lol

Dmo is Lenior

Great news to have Brandon Aiyuk finally signed long term. It's a good news for the Niners, for Brandon Aiyuk and for Brock Purdy.

Yeah, Brock is going to have a banner year and most likely reset the market for QBs next year.

I think he'll come in right below whatever Dak is going to get. It's gonna be a monster contract.

Well suffice to say that the Brock family will have enough money to buy that gold plated Yacht that they have always wanted next year.

I think the key is not overworking Aiyuk in week 1. Not that he can't go do his normal reps but his body probably wouldn't be ready for week 2,3 etc. his body would be sore and take a while to get back to normal.

so I agree, probably half his reps and then an increase over the first month of the season.

Agree 💯% and same with Trent once he signs over labor day.

practice should be getting better now! DBs about to get some serious practice

Glad to have BA signed but I still think he was a bit of a punk. I'd put him on special teams for a few weeks just to punish him a bit…LOL.

I couldn't care less what the league or the market believes. In general, I don't think SF should drop $30M on a receiver who isn't even in the conversation as best receiver in the game, and clearly features a run-oriented offense.

As for those comparisons, Chase had nearly 1500 yards and 13 TD's as a rookie, then missed 4 games the next season and was without Burrow for a huge stretch of the year. It's irrelevant of course, because Chase is better than Aiyuk, period. Randy Moss? Calvin Johnson? I know you had to look those stats up, but the hilarious thing is, they're both dominationg All time HOF players, and Aiyuk ain't even close to that level.

Acting like they're dropping $30M a year is so casual lol. Show me his contract and where it says $30M every yr is his his cap hit. I'll wait….

Yeah I looked up their stats and of course they're HOF WRs. The point is you toss out some obscure stat line that f**king rarely happens to further your narrative that WRs don't matter.

that's like me saying I don't want to pay Brock elite money unless he throws for 5,000+ yards and 50TDs. Dumb

Yeah BUT if he doesn't get 1,500+ yards and 15 tds it's a waste of money derp

No LT

no Kittle who stays in to block all the time because our OL stinks.

Might want a vet center to make Shany happy.

BA is good enough to be a #1 WR with out a solid #2?

Is DeMo a #1 corner?

Bosa seems to struggle without another DE with a bloated contract on the other side?

Is this from today? I thought that was trey lance & an old vid but Dobbs is 5 too
IDK how one can come up with a value for WRs anymore with Jefferson, CeeDee, et al hauling in the cash. What is clear is that with Aiyuk, McCaf, and George, Brock has 3 guys with huge catching radius and sticky fingers. You can't do much better than that. And, we remain in our "window" where we can still win it all. With those 3 guys we have the best bet to make a serious run for the last game of the NFL season playoffs. What is Brandon worth? Well, looks like $30 mil per. Is he worth it? If we want to win it all…welp, then yeah. Brock has 3 ball hawks and we have the running game. We have been well positioned by our GM and HC to make that run for the SB, once again.

At the very least, re: value, QBs have really struck gold with a guy like DAK in the $55-60 mil per range. Is he worth it? Nope. But that is where he is, along with several other QBs who are nowhere near Mahomes talent , yet are now making more than he does, salary wise. NFL, it seems is working to destroy itself with salaries that greatly exceed the player's worth. One would think there would be limit somewhere, but they haven't found it yet. Brandon is a huge talent, but what is he really worth? Comparatively, probably what he got….but it is really hard to realistically get one's head around some of these salaries.
