After reading that I hold him to high expectations. In my book he better bring it every game.

....or else!

We sign these guys and they slack, go look at Bosa, Kittle, and Deebo after they got paid.

The pre & post stats after these guys get paid is crazy, the drop off happens fast.

WTF do you mean slack off!!! You couldn't be more wrong. You leave out so much detail, it's misleading no question.

Deebo, suffered what looked to be a season ending injury, luckily it was just a high ankle sprain.

Kittle, despite only starting and playing in only 8 games (due to injury) he still managed to get 600+ yards receiving. Had he started the whole season, you know damn well he would've went over a thousand yards.

Bosa, sure he started off slow but ended the season with 10.5 sacks and was a monster in the playoffs.

Whatever the excuses are, things were different before these guys were paid.

But you made it sound like they weren't playing to the level that got them paid. Nice try though, keep up the bad work.

These guys get paid and lose that hunger. Go look at what they were doing before they got paid. Bosa almost had half the sacks that he got before getting paid.
The drop off after being paid is incredible.

AGAIN!!! You are leaving out detail. Seriously, you actually think they just half assed it after they got paid? Do you even watch the 49ers play, your 49ers fan card is in serious question right now!!! Might as well change your name to gloomydayz.

Strawman?

Any way you can't argue that there is serious drop off after these guys get paid.

The PR team has to work hard to defend this because the stats don't lie.

I actually am arguing it, because you're accusing them of slacking off after they get paid. When in fact thats straight up false. All you're looking at is stats and not seeing what actually happened. You're doing the exact same s**t Nick Wright and Grant Cohn do.
It's just human nature to slack off when their primary goals are met. In this case BA wanted the payday for essentially doing his job and cried immediately after the Super Bowl. Words don't mean anything in today's professional sports especially with the current generation of players.

I wonder what's the over under for receptions vs Gardner on Monday with Aiyuk.

Cmc got paid years ago, offensive player of the year

Trent got paid long ago, still best LT

Fred warner got paid, best MLB

Kittle got paid, top 3 the still

And so on. Not everyone gets paid and falls off a cliff. Hopefully aiyuk does as many of our other players have

I actually think any drop off in play is due to missing training camp and not practicing, not attitude or slacking off.
Should I start or sit in fantasy this week?

Both Deebo and Bosa publicly stated they had a poor performances in the year post contract extension.

But did they say they were slacking off? Poor performances is more likely the result of missing the off season and training camp.

I have him and will be starting him. I don't think KS is going to hold him back at all.
