Is he still rusty? Or do the 9ers need better receivers? Wouldn't It be nice to have someone like Justin Jefferson on this team.

He's rusty. No offseason at all. I think he should get some targets in the slot to get him going a little.

I also hope Ricky can come back in play in a couple weeks. Love to see him in the slot as well.

Slots guys that can win outside are what is needed right now to open up the middle again. Aiyuk is the only consistent guy that can do that. Pearsall will help.

Guerendo may be fine to spell Mason in the run but we need some pass-catching threat out of the backfield to fill in some of the gap lost with CMC. I don't know if Guerendo can do that.

I don't expect him to be back in form until around November at the earliest
