Sad.

No one cares about how much money Aiyuk makes so long as that translates to on field production and wins. Paying fans have every right to expect that players who fight for the right to be paid to reciprocate on the field once they are. That's the expectation and when it's not met fans will be vocal about it

Aiyuk needs to work overtime in getting up to speed and moving up the pecking order to be the game breaker he's being paid to be

BA brought this hate on himself. If he had at least shut his mouth during the offseason & acted with more class he would've been given alot more leeway.

So you hated Deebo as well right? Did the same s**t in the off season when he was due for a contract and played like s**t the following yr.

what class is there in negotiations when one side doesn't talk for months? Acting like the franchise had zero blame in all of it is being naive.

Front office made him a very good and fair offer. And made it clear they weren't budging. That's good business. Aiyuk developing rust, not having the connection anymore with his QB and therefore having bad production is bad business. Still defending Aiyuk like he clearly hasn't been an issue and trying to correlate it to Deebo being taken out of context is a reach.

What was the "fair" offer that they gave him back in May?

negotiations for a player they clearly wanted to keep didn't happen… It was an offer then nothing for months. They tried to get ahead of the WR market and no one is gonna accept their first offer knowing there was about to be an explosion in contracts at the WR spot. Acting like he should just accept that is silly and his agent ain't letting that s**t happen either.

I mean just about every in house big signing they've had didn't sign their first "fair offer" they all waited until late in the off season and had down yrs after their extension Warner/kittle/deebo/Bosa etc.

im not taking it out on deebo, I'm seeing if folks acted the same towards him because he did the same s**t just a couple yrs ago. In no way is that a reach. It happened.

He was just trying to get as much as he could, as would all of us.

Brandon Aiyuk current stats and pace he is on.

13 receptions, 167 yards, 0 TD's.

167 yards / 4 games = 41.75 yards - rounded = 42 yards per game.

0 TD's / 4 games = 0 TD's per game.

42 yards per game * 17 games = 714 yards.

0 TD's * 17 games = 0 TD's.

714 yards, 0 TD's.

Obviously TD's will come up and maybe yards a little. But not a good pace so far to say the least.

Name me a player SF signed to a massive extension that played up to their contract that following season? Name a player that wasn't a free agent that SF signed early enough for them to be in camp all off season?

it's like you don't see a pattern and you've been oblivious to past players and how it all went down.
