I will kiss your butthole if this happens

bruh

LE is allowed, by law, to investigate anything they deem as suspicious. I am positive that you have been pulled over in the past. I have been pulled over for suspicious activity (driving through an area, late at night, where there was active prostitution). I did not argue. I answered every question honestly. I complied with every order or request the officer made. No beef. No back talk. No underhanded comments. I did not say or do anything stupid. There was no ticket.

Aiyuk is periously close to playing himself right off the 49ers roster. That stop should not have been a news item. It is now. Whether he likes it or not.

I behave the same way you did/do.

That said, Brandon did nothing illegal. He is legally able to record the incident. He did not break any laws with how he responded to the officer.

He was unlawfully detained. The police did not have real reasonable articulation suspicion that he had, was or was about to commit a crime. This violated his constitutional rights.
Let's be real he was racially profiled.

It's called driving while black. There doesn't seem to be any real reason to pull him over. Police can ticket you or question you about your plates but it isn't something that is usually the cause of getting pulled over. How would the cop know whether he had purchsed the car an hour ago or one month ago? I see cars driving around with dealer plates all the time. I doubt that cos stop everyone that has temporary plates. If he had no plates at all then I could understand it.
The thing is we are taxpayers and we want our policemen to protect and serve and not harass the innocents. If the police don't have probable cause or valid reasoning we shouldn't be detained.
The cop could've called it in or followed him to ascertain the situation or to gather information but to harass a dude driving a new car is NOT what taxpayers expect policemen to be doing to them

Ridiculous!

called what in exactly?

The guys who robbed Joe Burrows house were busted/caught during a traffic stop. If you're riding dirty, be prepared to be stopped. nothing ridiculous about it

Man I'm 48 and got more skin in the game paid more taxes people been here 500 years built this nations seed wealth fought in all the wars saved the Union in battle and then then I've lived by the laws all my days

Don't roll up on me when I've got blood in this soil and a lineage these cops can't compare to and then stop me on the way home from work because I've bought a new car with honest money on some ole 🐂 💩!

I know cops got to do a job but I work for the department of public safety too. I've got a state license as well and I'm held accountable if I "make a mistake" so I'm not cutting cops or no man any slack for effin up on the job

It was a bad stop and I would be indignant about it and I stay tooled up too. I don't respect no cops or no man's life more than my own so when I'm honest and law abiding leave me the F alone! Some of these cops got a complex about themselves but they bleed just like I bleed and they make mistakes just as I do but the difference is nobody's making excuses for me
Great 49ers gift ideas

I said it a few days ago, but this relationship between SF and BA isn't going to end well. Unfortunately I think the team acquiescing to Deebo's trade/release is setting the precedent for when BA does the same(again).

its understandable that lynch would be frustrated with the aiyuk contract negotiation lasting until the eve of the regular season. Hopefully we can start extending our guys earlier in the offseason so they could be better prepared and locked in for the season. Great teams learn how to correct errors

Nope, not sure how we got stuck with these two. Higgins, Jennings, and Pearsall works for me.

Overpaying WRs is the biggest mistake a team can make. Even the best ones rarely get more than 7 receptions per game so their contribution is often not as much as a RB or a good edge rusher. The biggest rproblem I have with many of them is attitude. They rtend to complain more than players at other positions. They feel they aren't getting targeted enough. They hold out. They demand trades. Too many are just a pain in the rear.

What about overpaying 2 WRs? Does that cancel it out?

If only.
I'm glad Fred touched on BA because he's basically laying out why BA won't help the team much(again) in 2025. What a f**king disaster.
