We gave up #31, #117 #176 for him

Really it was basically a 5th. Got a free pick early and jumped ahead to make sure GB didnt snag the guy they wanted by adding a 5th.

No here is what we gave up:
"The 49ers traded the No. 31, No. 117 and No. 176 to the Minnesota Vikings for the No. 25 pick. With that pick, the 49ers selected Arizona State wide receiver Brandon Aiyuk. There were a number of receivers on the board for the 49ers to choose from ....."

Look at it however you want, it was a 5th at the end of the day. Pick 13 = 14 and 117, Pick 25 = 31, 117 and 176. Pick 176 is the only thing added to todays haul.

This. How far we get this season is largely dependent on Jimmy. He needs to get better. The defense may take a bit of a step back (still be good), so Jimmy needs to take the next step

They finished the day with one fewer pick than they started with and got two guys that they seemed to be really excited about. Not bad. For better or worse we'll have to see how it plays out.

He's 5-11 to go with Trent Taylor at 5-8 and Deebo at 5-10.

The good news is he's got a huge catching radius. That's incredibly important when playing outside and your QB is constantly under duress.

He was measured at 6'0" at the Combine. That's legit enough for me.

His height doesn't even matter when your wingspan is that ridiculous. Dude has a 40 inch vert and the catch radius of guys like Calvin Johnson. That's insane.

Lol seriously. To give you all some perspective. I'm 6'1 3/4, 75.5" wingspan, 10" hands.

He's 5'11, 81" wingspan, 9 3/4" hands.

I always liked BA but never thought we'd take him. He really helped Daniels this year and stepped up after N'Keal Harry was drafted.

I think he will fit in with his personality (based on the ESPN episode ASU was on) and his playing style. He plays a lot like Kittle and Deebo after the catch.

Route running is solid but could improve. ASUs offense was pretty much him and Eno Benjamin.

True it's most important to have quality,
but you know we need back-ups.
Every year it seems several of our WR's get injured.
This draft is so deep I would trade back in with a 2021 pick etc to get more picks this year
