Not saying he's Tim Brown, but Pettis was acquired where he was and the way he was for a reason. And he is being given time for a reasonOriginally posted by NYniner85:Originally posted by NinerTy:Does anyone recall Tim Brown coming out of Notre Dame to the Raiders? He was trash for a few years. Also what time? He's gotten like 25 targets (one this yr) since the beginning of 2019. He's a depth WR that was over drafted. Big miss imo.

We are finally going to have consistent wrs for Jimmy G, so when the interior OL doesn't hold up in pass pro, we will be ok against any team
I remember the '94 offense, they never really got blitzed because they'd score on the first drive of the game, and also they would regularly convert 2nd downs into first downs. They hardly ever got into 3rd and longs even in the red zone, and when teams did blitz them, the YAC ability of Rice, Watters, etc... were enough to convert 3rd and longs into first downs.
This offense has *that kind* of feel to it with Mullens operating under center. Add in Kittle, Deebo and the rest, and man o man, teams are going to have a dogfight on their hands when they play this offense.

Aiyuk gets easy separation from Yiadom, feel like this is a TD if Leonard Williams doesn't beat Tomlinson and force Mullens to extend the play pic.twitter.com/LbKSLkNqJg
