We did just fine with Aiyuk, and those few misses by kyle/JL? Well Aiyuk made up for them. He was worth every penny of jumping up for him.

I don't know about Aiyuk being way better than Lamb or Justin Jefferson. I post the stats every week in the draft forum under 'WR class 2020'. Jefferson doesn't play this weekend due to the bye week, but he is the rookie leader with:
537 yards 28 Receptions 19.2 avg. 3 TD
2-150 yds plus games

Ceedee has 36 receptions 497 yds 13.8 avg 2TD

Aiyuk updated 20 receptions 280 yds 1 TD
Rushing: 69 yds 2 TDs

I really like Aiyuk, don't get me wrong. I am happy he has been very good for us, but to say he has been way better is misleading. I would swap Aiyuk only for Jefferson because Jefferson plays outside and I believe he will be a Star. I don't think I would trade for Lamb because he mainly plays in the Slot.

Gotta take into consideration that Aiyuk doesn't get the same opportunity as those guys too though.

Yes, also doesn't play from behind like the abysmal Cowboys and Vikings.

Major props to you okdkid, you seen it in this kid all along. Personally, I'm not ready to call him WR1 yet, maybe of this team yes, but dude has been nothing but great for us in every aspect (Personality, scheme fit etc.)

Sure he does. He had 7 targets today for 115 yards today. He has had 32 targets on the year whereas Jefferson has 36 targets total on the year. Aiyuk also missed the first few games.

Yeah you're right on that one, I should have specified Lamb, who I, like many others wanted at 14. Jefferson has been fantastic and looks like a freaking star already

CeeDee has been impressive because he plays behind Amari Cooper #1 and Michael Gallup #2 and still seems to be getting his production. Although today he had no catches, but that whole Cowboy team was bad today.
I definitely think though that if Aiyuk keeps working Hard and I hope Jerry Rice would be willing to take him under his wing then I believe he could become Great

They all have their pros and cons but this year it doesnt seem like there was a bad choice between CD, Jeudy and Aiyuk. Seems like last year was the same with Brown, Metcalf and Deebo (with where we drafted Deebo). Again all fit different systems but all seem like they are gonna be pros for a long time. Deebo and Aiyuk are just the best fits for Kyle, but I wouldnt doubt that Brown and Jeudy could also be pretty successful in this system too. With more medium range throws vs WR screens.

The real issue did you want to lose out on Kinlaw for Lamb or Jeudy. I'm personally glad it worked out the way it did as the dropoff from Kinlaw to the next best Defensive Tackle prospect was pretty big. I don't feel that same way about Aiyuk and the guys taken before him.

Yeah, Aiyuk is the anti-Pettis. From what I hear, he has a great attitude to go along with a great game. I can't wait until Jimmy starts targeting him with deep passes. He's got a great future ahead of him.
AiYAC
Well,...at least this is 1 thread on the forum where we call all get along and not hit each other with pots & pans.

Looking like he belongs out there for sure. He's playing with the big boys and making big time plays. He's got a bright future

Agreed. Solid college player but not in the NFL I predict he fades out
