I mean, I thought his excellent rookie campaign proved that. Although, a 6 catch 60 yard day with a fumble doesn't exactly prove your point.

He had a slow start to the season and now he's coming on. He clearly has the talent to be way above average. He's being held back along with the rest of the offense by coaching decisions and not having an elite qb. You put Aiyuk with a top 5 qb and this dude is an elite player

This. It seemed like a lot of Jimmy's throws were a little behind his targets or high. His accuracy has gotten worse every year.
