Once it crossed the goal line or pylon it's a TD IMO, had he lost the ball prior to crossing then it's a fumble IMO, but who the f**k knows what's what anymore, I swear I have no clue what a catch is, or why they call questionable holding calls on the OL when there is holding in every play, makes no sense.

Yeah I think he would have been a TD had he fumbled it in the endzone. Regardless, the player doesn´t have the time to think about what is dangerous and whatnot. He just sees the endzone and the possibility for his team to win the match. Superb play by Aiyuk. As for the offensive holdings, I just laugh now which is an improvement I guess.
Overall Brandon Aiyuk has been really good the last few weeks. It´s hard to see him play and think he´s a bust. He´s a hell of a player. Deebo, Kittle and him are a terrific trio.

Me think that long arm span created more drag, kept him up in the air long enough to get the ball over the goal line.

Shanahan working on toe tap drills this week for wide receivers. Glad to see Aiyuk vindicate it in a big way!

Lloyd would have gotten his foot down on the TD catch.

Aiyuk made up for it though. It was a great play to get the TD and much needed. It was far from a guarantee that we would have gotten it into the end-zone without that stretch.

He coming into his own nearing the end of the season. His future looks bright to me. I'm happy for him. We need all our weapons to be firing on all cylinders for the playoffs. I think they all will be in the next few weeks. Go Niners.
