Love that he is finally getting his. Media also know him too now. He's not the star that Deebo, McCaffrey, and Kittle are (yet), but he's got that John Taylor thing going. People know he's a threat and you better account for him too or be shredded.

Nice analogy with the John Taylor reference. A guy that doesn't get the name recognition he should but would on any other team.

I'm very pleased with the way Aiyuk has grown on and off the field. I hope we extend him - anyone have any idea what kind of salary he would demand?

Aiyuk is a better route runner than Deebo and has better hands. He can consistently win 1v1 matchups on the outside and has been more efficient this season than Deebo. Deebo signed an extention in the off season for like 24 million per year. I would say that Aiyuk is worth atleast 15 million a year. Yes.

The contract negotiation between Aiyuk's agent and the 49ers is going to be interesting. Aiyuk is obviously incredibly talented, and I'm sure he believes he can be an elite WR in a pass-friendly offense. Additionally, it's not a secret that Aiyuk's body language throughout the season clearly demonstrates frustration.

Honestly, I'd be stunned if he accepts a team-friendly deal. IMO, Aiyuk seems like the type to bet on himself. I'm looking at the comparable players on the Spotrac, and Aiyuk is better than all of those dudes.

John Taylor was crazy straight line fast with some wiggle.

He reminds me of a more springy Reggie Wayne.

On a different note, BA is probably safe money. Guys that can run routs and have VERT tend to age well. A moderate contract will likely be safe as he ages.

Hopefully Brock looks his way more with only two games left. I wanna see him get 1000 yards, he needs 150 more.
